Collective lesson preparation is a new requirement for preparing the new curriculum reform.Preparing a collective lesson earnestly can significantly improve the efficiency of the preparation,improve the quality of preparation,reduce teachers' work pressure and improve the teaching quality.In a one-year study,the researcher invest heshui L middle school mathematics teachers' current collective lesson preparation using investigation method,observation method,etc..Survey found that the wind of L middle school collective lesson preparation was strong,teachers participated in it actively and the model had been preparing specification.There was a detailed implementation process,and teachers did their job with division of labor cooperation;There was a rigorous assessment mechanism and the content of the collective lesson preparation was presented in the form of a lesson plan combined with the report of the group leader,lessons had specialized personnel into the process of preparing the field inspection;The effect is obvious.The survey showed that 91% teachers used collective preparing the lesson plan of class and 93.2% teachers thought collective lesson preparation was useful.L middle school,however,the teacher did not receive professional training on collective lesson preparation.The collective lesson preparation did not substantively change;Collective lesson preparation evaluation system of enforcement had a negative impact on teachers' enthusiasm;The low inclusive of lesson content and lesson forms reduced the personality of teachers to some extent;Communication between the teacher and professional identity is not strong.Based on predecessors' study and personal practice,the researcher put forward two aspects of countermeasures for the form and content of collective lesson preparation.Evaluation mechanism is completed about collective lesson preparation;It should increase preparation frequency,shorten the preparation time and optimize the preparation procedure;The structure of collective lesson preparation group should be optimized.In the form of a lesson content,preparing perspective should be broaden and increase tolerance;The consciousness of mathematics teachers' collective lesson preparation should be Strengthen;Preparing information should be enhanced;The mechanism of collective lesson preparation should be completed.
