Research Of The Non-profit Organizations To Promote The Development Of The Rural Schools Under The Background Of The Rural Revitalization Strategy

2019 is the third year to put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,this strategy regards the development of “agricultural,rural and farmers”as the important development strategy of our country.The key to realize the strategy of rural rejuvenation lies in talents,and the foundation of talent training lies in schools.Therefore,running well rural schools and developing rural education plays an important role in realizing the strategy of rural rejuvenation.With the rapid development of non-profit organizations in our country,it also makes up for the deficiency of the government in the field of education and plays an important role in education as an important social force.Based on the policy background of rural revitalization strategy and the theory of government failure and educational public governance,this study analyzes the background that non-profit organizations can promote the development of rural schools.On the one hand,the lack of government in the adjustment of rural school layout provides the possibility for non-profit organizations,on the other hand,it is due to the rapid development of non-profit organizations themselves and infiltration into the field of education.In addition,non-profit organizations have specific advantages in promoting the development of rural schools,such as the accurate education helps,replenishes the educational resources for the rural schools,brings into play the innovative ability,promotes the modern educational idea and so on.At the same time,by analyzing the typical cases of non-profit organizations in the field of education at home and abroad,such as NPO in the United States of“Teaching for America”,“Beautiful Primary School” set up by NPO in China and the NPO of “ Teaching for China ” in China,this study summarizes the achievements of non-profit organizations in promoting the development of ruralschools,including perfecting the teaching facilities and equipment in rural schools,exporting professional young teachers,promoting equalization of access to school and promoting the new concept of running schools in rural areas.In addition,this study also explores the dilemma of non-profit organizations in promoting the development of rural schools: the lack of autonomy of non-profit organizations,the imperfect management of non-profit organizations and the high mobility of teachers,the lack of stable educational assistance funds and the lack of good cooperation and mutual assistance mechanism between government departments and non-profit organizations.Finally,from the internal and external levels,this study puts forward the optimal path for the non-profit organizations to promote the development of rural schools.Thus,the non-profit organizations can better promote the development of rural schools,promote the revitalization of rural education,add vitality to the development of rural areas,and then realize the revitalization of rural areas in our country as soon as possible.
