| As a large agricultural country in my country,the development of agriculture is an important foundation for national and social development.Rural stability is also related to the overall stability of the country and the stability of the entire population.Only when rural areas reach the level of a well-off society can the goal of a comprehensive well-off society be truly achieved.At this stage,the development of rural areas focuses on conceptual changes,economic services,and environmental improvements.Therefore,the improvement of the quality of education in rural areas is particularly important.The current actual situation is that the population in rural areas of our country is declining,the aging problem is serious,the number of left-behind children is large,and the number of students in rural schools is declining.After General Secretary Xi Jinping first proposed the rural revitalization strategy in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.my country has successively formulated and promulgated a number of measures and plans to guide the revitalization,revitalization and development of rural areas.These policies have emphasized the importance of rural education.Therefore,this article combines the current situation of the backward development of rural education in City G to study the issue of rural education revitalization.Based on the research status and theoretical basis at home and abroad,this paper selects the villages of G city as the research object,uses the literature research method and the survey research method to analyze the current situation of rural education students,teachers and department management in G city,Sichuan Province,and summarizes its existing problems and Reasons,and then put forward corresponding suggestions.According to the current situation of rural education in G City,Sichuan Province,problems such as a serious shortage of teacher-student ratios,an unbalanced school space layout,and a low proportion of compulsory education fiscal investment in GDP,etc.,are caused by the insufficient professional attractiveness of rural teachers,Anxious to respond to the call of the Ministry of Education,the government’s main responsibility for education is unclear,and there are malpractices in the rural education management system and financial system.Based on the analysis of the previous problems and causes,measures such as strengthening the construction of the rural teacher team,optimizing and improving the rural education resource support allocation system,etc.,are proposed to guide the practice of rural education revitalization.In order to enhance the guidance and practicality of the research results,the implementation rules have been formulated for various measures,such as improving the scientificity of the teacher management system,paying attention to the training and teaching of rural teachers,improving the salary and welfare of rural teachers,and oriented training of minority teacher students,Expand teacher evaluation indicators and transparency;improve the government’s support for the allocation of rural education resources,legislate to ensure the allocation of rural basic education resources,establish an urban and rural compulsory education resource sharing system,formulate and implement basic standards for rural residential schools;improve the rural education investment management system On the one hand,strengthen the main responsibility of the government,increase the total amount of rural education funding,and improve the policy guarantee for rural education.This paper studies the revitalization of rural education in City G in Sichuan Province,and hopes to provide guidance for the improvement of rural education revitalization in City G in Sichuan Province.It also hopes to provide guidance for the revitalization of rural education in other places similar to the situation in City G.Improve reference. |
