In recent years,school bullying has become one of the hot topics in society.The middle school period is the frequent period of school bullying.School bullying occurs between students,and it is a deliberate attack of unequal power relationship between the two sides.It not only disturbed the normal teaching order of the school,but also caused great trouble to the students,lightly affected the interpersonal relationship,seriously affected the socialization process of the students,and seriously affected the physical and mental health of the students.Therefore,the study of school bullying has an important practical significance.Explore the interaction of school bullying participants' roles,including: the emergence of school bullying participants' roles,school bullying participants' role interaction process,school bullying participants' role interaction and differentiation.On this basis,find out the factors that promote the school bullying,as well as the influence and differentiation of the various roles in the school bullying.This paper attempts to investigate and interview the bullying on the school of F middle school in H province and H city to study the interactive process of the role of bullying on the school.The f middle school in h province is chosen as the research object because of the large scale of f middle school in h and the diverse composition of students,which is representative to the middle school in h province,so f middle school in h province is chosen as the research object.The role interaction process of school bullying participants is divided into four stages: brewing stage,fermenting stage,agitating stage and terminating stage.The bullying style of the bully is directly related to the existence of the bullying relationship with the bullied person,the bystander's reaction and the strategic choice.The interaction between bullying participants will lead to role differentiation,and the interaction among bullying participants will affect the action and strategic choice of each role.The conflict on the subcultural level is the root cause of bullying,and the inconsistent interpretation of the situation between the two sides of the conflict is the driving factor of bullying.The relationship between the bully and the bullied person tends to stabilize in the interactive game.The relationship between them affects the behavior and attitude of the spectators in the class,and promotes the differentiation of the class level status.On the other hand,the attitude of the bystander also affects the attitude of the bully owner and the bullied person.The interaction among them and the game together determine the occurrence and maintenance of the bullying behavior.
