| In recent ten years,the divorce rate in China has continued to rise.According to the Ministry of civil affairs,China’s divorce rate has accounted for half of the number of married people.Due to the lack of paternal or maternal love,children from single parent families have more or less problems such as emotional communication barriers,lack of self-confidence,sense of belonging,moral sense and sense of security.In all kinds of news reports,there are more and more malignant events related to single parent students.A survey found that compared with material assistance,such students need more emotional guidance and spiritual comfort.Therefore,the lack of emotion of single parent students should be paid enough attention to.In this study,421 students were selected from urban junior middle school(a junior middle school)and rural junior middle school(b junior middle school)in T city of Jiangsu Province.Based on 171 list of parent students and 250 non single parent students,a comparative analysis was conducted.The survey found that: the students in the survey have a higher understanding of learning and a lower willingness to separate from their parents.There are significant differences in gender and age.Compared with non single parent students,non single parent students do have the problem of emotional loss.Their level of emotional communication barrier,sense of belonging,sense of security,sense of catharsis and sense of self-worth is significantly higher than that of non single parent students.However,in terms of the evaluation concerns of parents and teachers,both sides agreed that parents should pay more attention to children’s physical and mental health,and teachers should pay more attention to students’ learning ability and attitude.This study also analyzes the influence of these problems from four aspects: unclear learning motivation,weak desire for learning,anomie of moral behavior,and unsound character develo pment.There are three main reasons for these problems: the head teacher ignores the emotional needs of the students;the emotional communication between parents and children is not in place;the students themselves are lack of self-restraint.Therefore,in view of these reasons,this study expounds the following management strategies to strengthen the emotional comfort of one-parent family students:improve the management strategy of the head teacher,strengthen the responsibility of family emotional care,and face the reality to improve themselves.Based on emotional development theory,empathy theory,humanistic teaching theory and group dynamics theory,this study studies the problem of emotional deficiency of one-parent students in junior high school,and provides management strategy for teachers and parents to effectively manage one-parent students.It also hopes to help one-parent students eliminate unhealthy psychology,cultivate their sound personality,and enable them to quickly integrate into school and society. |
