Research On The Construction Of Risk Assessment Index System For Children's Amateur Basketball Club Operation

The normal operation of children’s amateur basketball clubs is not only affected by external risks such as policies,economic epidemics,etc.,but also by the strategic awareness of club operators,players,coaches,basketball teaching and other internal risks.Only by comprehensively and scientifically understanding the external and internal risks that the club may encounter in the process of operation,understanding their causes and harms,and taking positive countermeasures can the club operate well.In this study,the operation risk assessment index of children’s amateur basketball club was taken as the research object,and the index system was constructed by using various social science research methods such as literature method,questionnaire survey method,Delphi method,and analytic hierarchy method,and finally established the operation risk assessment index system of children’s amateur basketball club,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.The operation risk assessment index system of children’s amateur basketball club includes 2 first-level indicators(external risk 0.3333,internal risk 0.6667),10second-level indicators(sports policy risk 0.5679,sports industry economic risk 0.0982,other club risk 0.3339,operator strategic operation risk 0.1059,club safety risk 0.1738,club player risk 0.2764,basketball teaching risk 0.1174,Club venue risk 0.0424,coach risk 0.2299,club commodity sales risk 0.0542),40 third-level indicators.2.Among the external risks,the weight of sports policy risks is relatively large,indicating that the development of the sports industry is greatly affected by the policies issued by the state,and the promulgation and implementation of relevant sports policies directly determine the development width and breadth of sports-related industries.Although the economic risks of the industry and other risks of the club have a small weight,the impact of these risks cannot be ignored.3.Among the internal risks of basketball club operations,player risk and coach risk account for a relatively large proportion.As an important part of the club,players are the main service objects of the entire club,and only by continuously improving and meeting the needs of players can the club develop better;As a teaching staff for players,coaches can only continuously reflect their own value,obtain affirmation from all parties,and enhance their sense of honor only if they have excellent professional quality,super high work ability and good moral accomplishment.4.The development of the club should be guided by national policies in order to grasp the direction and speed of the club’s development;Pay attention to the economic development trend of the sports industry and plan in advance;Comprehensively and accurately understand the vast needs of basketball clubs and change their business methods in a timely manner;Operators should also cultivate a strong sense of strategy and seize the opportunity for the development of the club;Fully and comprehensively explore the potential risks of the club,actively respond to them,and correctly deal with them to promote the vigorous development of the club.
