With the rapid development of Internet technology and communication technology in China,information-based teaching has gradually penetrated into all levels and disciplines in the field of education.WeChat-based mixed teaching is based on constructivism teaching theory.In order to improve teaching efficiency,innovate teaching methods and means,and follow the pace of the information age,the quick mobile WeChat platform is integrated into the mixed teaching.This research carried out an experimental research on WeChat platform mixed teaching in the common table tennis courses of colleges and universities,which showed the effectiveness and efficiency of WeChat platform mixed teaching and enriched the teaching methods and means of table tennis.Combined with the teaching characteristics of table tennis general courses,the mixed teaching takes WeChat platform as the online teaching method,WeChat group chat,WeChat official account and dui yi as the teaching means to implement teaching.By means of questionnaire survey,experiment and mathematical statistics,students from two classes of leisure sports department of chengdu sports university were selected as experimental subjects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.WeChat platform mixed teaching was used in the experimental group and conventional teaching was used in the control group.To ensure the effectiveness of the experiment,WeChat use,table tennis learning,physical fitness and table tennis basic technology were taken as test indicators before the experiment.Independent sample T test was used to analyze P > 0.05,that is,there was no significant difference between the two groups before the experiment.After the experiment,physical fitness,basic table tennis skills and learning motivation were taken as the test indicators,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)The mixed teaching on WeChat platform in the experimental group and the conventional teaching in the control group can both improve the physical quality of students to a small extent.In the standard test,there were significant differences between the two groups in forehand attack,left push and right attack,and no significant differences in backhand slow rub.In terms of the technical score,the independent sample T test showed that there were significant differences in forehand attack,left push right attack and backhand rub.In general,WeChat mixed teaching is better than conventional teaching,and this method is feasible.(2)The mixed teaching of WeChat platform is carried out in the form of preview before class and review after class,which can effectively deepen students' memory of teaching content and enable students to learn and communicate anytime and anywhere.Maximum access to effective learning information,it is worth popularizing.(3)The implementation of WeChat-based mixed teaching emphasizes the auxiliary function of "online"--"WeChat".The teaching method of WeChat platform is used to stimulate the enthusiasm of learning intuitively,so that students can learn independently and turn passivity into initiative as much as possible,which plays a role in promoting the cultivation of students' learning motivation.
