Research On My Country's Government Sports Public Investment Policy From The Perspective Of Economic Growth Stage Theory

The scientific development of the government's sports public investment policy is the institutional guarantee to improve the development level of sports public utilities and industries in our country,and also the fundamental way to meet the needs of our citizens' sports public service.However,there are still some deficiencies in the research on the policy stages of our government's sports public investment.Therefore,this paper is based on Rostow's theory of economic growth stage and the public.Based on the theoretical research results of the theory of co-investment,taking the historical development of our government's sports public investment policy as the research clue,and according to the development characteristics and policy layout of our government's sports public investment policy in different historical periods as the research object,this paper traces back to the development background and policy purpose of our government's sports public investment policy in different stages of economic development.Through the analysis and deduction of the stage course of the same political system and economic development system,a series of current problems such as the investment layout,form and scale of our government's sports public investment policy are deeply attributed to the origin,and corresponding suggestions,measures and research conclusions are given.This paper mainly adopts the methods of documentation,logical analysis,comparative analysis,static and dynamic combination analysis and expert interviews,taking relevant government sports public investment policies as reference,taking economic and political development stages as background reference,investigating and analyzing sports public utilities and industrial development context as core elements.It is found that under different historical development periods,the layout,form and scale of public investment policies of China's sports government are greatly different,and have obvious characteristics of "stage of economic growth".Our country sports sports marketing degree of public investment policy,affected by the long-term planned economy system in our country,policy of marketization degree is low,and the government sports public investment policy is more passive and remedial provisions files,lack of initiative and foresight of market mechanism to adjust,result in serious resource misallocation,supply and demand present situation such as horse;This article through to the current situation of the development of sports public investment policies of our government layout features,forms,characteristics,operation management,scale effect evaluation dimensions of interpretation,combining with the current our country economy development and the practical demand of sports utilities,industry,according to the layout of the sports public investment policy inequality,form a single,large scale benefit,low operation management effectiveness is low,the present situation of lack of performance evaluation mechanism and so on questions,an in-depth thinking,and give corresponding advice.Through the intersection between disciplines theory from the perspective of macro back our government public investment policy development history stage,apply economic growth stage theory thinking to the sports public investment policies of our government in practice,give full play to the government's policy guidance and management functions,to meet the demand of the increasing fitness health of people,sport utility and development of sports industry in our country,promote the government sports scientific layout and development of public investment policy,period to the present and the development of the government public investment in sports to provide certain reference value,and the programming logic so to promote the development of social economy in our country and the policy science,It has certain reference value and practical significance.
