Endurance quality is one of the most important physical qualities of the human body and an important indicator reflecting the level of human health.The results of the research on students' physique and health in the past 30 years show that the physical fitness of primary and secondary school students in our country is declining seriously.As the backbone of teenagers,the development of high school students' physical fitness is in the most critical sensitive period,and it is also the best period to develop their endurance quality.If we miss this stage,the corresponding physical fitness will be very difficult.Achieving the ideal level may even bring irreparable harm.Therefore,it is urgent to develop the endurance quality of senior high school students.Rope skipping is a traditional sport in China.As long as a rope and a small piece of open space,it can strengthen the body.At the same time,it is simple,varied,interesting and easy to control the intensity of sports.It is not subject to the constraints of lack of school sports venues or equipment.It is suitable for popularization and use in primary and secondary schools.Therefore,in order to enrich the training methods of high school students' endurance quality,solve the problems that the school is facing such factors as site restriction and so on,and to give full play to the role of endurance quality training in promoting the overall development of students' physical and mental health,this paper starts with an experimental study on the influence of four-minute single-roll rope skipping on the endurance quality of high school students,and explores the endurance of single-roll rope skipping in students The value and role of quality development,I hope to provide an efficient training method for high school students' endurance quality teaching and training.This paper uses the methods of documentation,questionnaire,expert interview,pre-test and post-test experiment and mathematical statistics to carry out the research.The random sampling method is used to collect three classes of students from the first grade of Jinan No.7 Middle School.The survey papers are distributed to analyze their satisfaction with the current school's endurance quality training.Thirty students are randomly selected from each of the three classes.The experimental group A,the experimental group B and the control group were formed to carry out a 12-week teaching experiment.The endurance running test and the power bicycle test were taken as the criteria for evaluating the endurance quality of students.The changes of endurance quality of students were observed and recorded in time.According to the data obtained from the teaching experiment,the results of endurance running test and the difference of maximum oxygen uptake ability before and after the experimental group A were compared.The results of heterosexuality test and analysis,the differences of endurance running test results and maximum oxygen uptake capacity between experimental group B and experimental group B,the differences of endurance running test results and maximum oxygen uptake capacity between experimental group A and experimental group B,and the differences of endurance running test results and maximum oxygen uptake capacity between experimental group A and experimental group B before and after experiment The results and analysis of endurance running test results and maximum oxygen uptake capacity before and after the experiment between group A and control group,and the differences between group B and control group before and after the experiment and maximum oxygen uptake capacity were discussed and studied.Finally,the single-roll rope skipping training,endurance running training and routine school were compared.The following conclusions can be drawn from the data of the influence of the activities during the break of the campus university on the development of high school students' endurance quality:(1)At present,the level of endurance quality of high school students is still generally low,and the endurance quality training carried out can not meet the needs of students' physical function,and does not fully stimulate students' interest in learning and training.The key reason for this situation lies in the excessive teaching and training methods.Single and boring.(2)Improving the endurance quality of senior high school students is not only to make students move,but also to make them move efficiently.According to the survey,all middle schools in Jinan are carrying out Large-Break sports activities at present,but most schools do not make clear regulations on the intensity and density of students' activities,which leads to the ineffective development of students' endurance quality.(3)4-minute single-rocking jump can effectively promote thedevelopment of students' endurance quality and has better effect than 4-minute endurance running training.For some schools with limited venues and sports facilities,it is feasible to use 4-minute single-rocking jump instead of endurance running training.(4)Compared with endurance running training,4-minute single-rocking jump training can better stimulate students' interest in training and effectively improve students' participation and enthusiasm in physical exercise.
