The purpose and significance of this study:As a common resistance movement,jumping rope has been widely used in athletes' professional training or daily endurance exercise.For jumping rope,the interval training method should be a kind of training method suitable for its motion law.However,how to properly arrange the number of exercises and the interval between groups can achieve good training effect,and there is no in-depth experimental research.The research to the female college students as the subjects,to improve the level of endurance as the goal,the design of two different rope skipping interval training scheme,and considering the training effect under the two experimental arrangements,so as to female college students through the rope skipping exercise endurance level to provide a scientific reference and basis.Research methods:30 participants in accordance with the principle of homogeneity can be divided into two group,a control group,each group of 10 people,experimental intervention for nine weeks,2 weeks ago for training to adapt to the stage,for practical training phase,seven weeks after training three times a week,the training content for the jump rope,the rope skipping speed is 120/min,two weeks before the training load of 5 x 2 minutes.for 10 x 7 weeks after 2 minutes,interval of time between the two experimental groups respectively for 1 minute,two minutes.The evaluation index of the endurance level of the test students was performed using the lung capacity and the 20m reentry test and 1 minute and half squatting,and the differences in the students' endurance level were compared between the groups using variance analysis.The results:1)The two group students average lung capacity are significa ntly improved after the experiment(p = 0.023,p = 0.023).respectively raised by 2568 ml.2571 ml to 2736 ml.2738 ml,but after the two experimental tes t results mean no significant difference(p = 0.376),the control group students before and after the experiment test results mean no significant change(p = 0.591);2)Two and a half after the treatment experiment 1 min on average num ber is increased significantly(p = 0.000,p = 0.000),increased by 31.4 times,30.4 times to 38.8 times,35.2 times,and the improvement of the experimental group 1 than in group 2.The mean change of test results before and after the experiment was not obvious(p=0.635).3)20 metres reverse layup after two gr oup students experimental circle number are increased significantly(p = 0.000,p = 0.000),respectively laps,33.6 laps increase by 32.7 to 33.6 laps,38.8 lap s,but no statistically significant difference between two group(p = 0.742),the control group students before and after the experiment test results mean no sig nificant change(p = 0.394).Conclusion:1)Periodic rope skipping exercises on female college students' aerobic capacity,lower limb muscle endurance and cardiopulmonary function has a good promoting effect,can effectively improve the level of its endurance,significantly improve the cardiopulmonary function.2)In the case of fixed rope skipping training and rope skipping speed,different training effects can be obtained by the interval scheduling between different groups.1 minute interval time training relative to 2 minutes intermittent training arrangement,for female college students of lower limb muscle endurance have better enhancement effect,but to the training effect of aerobic capacity does not has the superiority.3)Jumping rope sport has unique project characteristics.For different training purposes,the number,speed and interval of training should be reasonably arranged to achieve better training effect.
