"Fast retractive compound training" is a training method which combines centripetal strength training with centrifugal strength training to improve athletes' neuromuscular strength.Quick stretching combined training is not only a simple superposition of centripetal strength training and centrifugal strength training,but also a centrifugal contraction of the athletes' muscles first,and then a centripetal contraction.In the process of contraction,muscle stretching-shortening cycle should be changed in as short a time as possible to improve the ability of motor nerve to control muscles.Basketball special sport ability refers to the ability to participate in basketball training and competition.It refers to the comprehensive performance of human body shape,quality,function and psychological ability.By designing two different training methods,this paper explores the effects of two different training methods on the basketball ability of middle school students.In this paper,literature,mathematical statistics,interviews,experimental methods and other research methods are used to study.In the summer training camp of basketball club,40 senior high school boys who met the experimental requirements were selected.On the premise of ensuring that there was no significant difference in physical fitness,psychological level and basketball technical level between the two groups,40 subjects were randomly divided into two groups,and pre-test was carried out.Then 10 weeks of training,twice a week.The experiment is divided into pre-experiment,basic training stage and consolidation and improvement stage.According to the reading of books related to the paper and the analysis of literature,this paper sets "V" dribble return to the basket,jump in situ,run-up single-foot takeoff,dribble return in the whole court and 1 minute self-shot and self-grabbing mid-distance shot as the test indicators of this experiment.Through the above indicators to reflect the exercise ability of the experimental subjects after training.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)After 10 weeks of training,the half-court "V" dribble return layup performance of the two groups was improved compared with that before the experiment,but the effect of rapid expansion combined training on the experimental subjects was more significant.(2)The results of in-situ vertical jump are at the same level in the first two groups before the experiment,but after 10 weeks of training,the training effect of rapid expansion combined training for middle school students is better than that of traditional free strength training.(3)There was no significant difference between the two groups before the experiment,P > 0.05.After 10 weeks of training,the traditional free strength training had no significant effect on the experimental subjects.(4)The results of the first two groups are at the same level,but after 10 weeks of training,the effect of rapid expansion combined training on experimental subjects is better than that of traditional free strength training.(5)There was no significant difference in the shooting percentage of self-shot and self-grabbing mid-distance shooting in the first two groups before the experiment.After 10 weeks of different training,the shooting ability of self-shot and self-grabbing mid-distance shooting in the first two groups still had no significant difference with the shooting percentage before the experiment,P > 0.05.The results show that the combined training of rapid expansion and traditional free strength training has little effect on shooting.
