Taekwondo is an antagonistic event with one-to-one variant combination of multiple action structures.It is mainly based on the energy supply of phosphoric acid,supplemented by the energy supply of glycolysis.It requires athletes to obtain competition scores under the environment of high competition intensity,fast competition rhythm and changeable attack and defense conversion,and then to obtain excellent sports results.Fast strength is the basic guarantee for Taekwondo athletes to perform well in the competition,to play the super long technical and tactical level,and to master the dominant position in the competition.The purpose of the fast stretching compound training is to improve the neuromuscular system,the coordination and flexibility of the body,the strength and explosive force of the movement,and the elastic potential energy of the muscle,so as to improve the efficiency of the force production and realize the best transmission of the force.This research mainly through the literature material method,the expert interview method,the experimental method and the mathematical statistics method contrast explores the different fast strength training plan to the 10-12-year-old amateur Taekwondo Athlete fast strength influence,in order to provide the corresponding theory basis and the training instruction for each province 10-12-year-old amateur Taekwondo Athlete fast strength promotion.In this paper,16 amateur Taekwondo players aged 10-12 from Wuyuan Taekwondo Club,Jinghai District,Tianjin were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(8 in each).The experimental group received 8 weeks of fast stretching compound training,and the control group received 8 weeks of traditional fast strength training.Through the comparative analysis of the evaluation indexes of quick strength effect before and after the experiment between the experimental group and the control group,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)After 8 weeks of training,it was found that the improvement effect of the fast stretching compound training program was better than that of the traditional fast strength training program,and there was significant difference between the groups(P< 0.05),which indicated that the fast stretching compound training program could effectively improve the movement speed of 10-12-year-old amateur Taekwondo athletes And power speed.(2)After 8 weeks of training,it was found that the improvement effect of the fast stretching compound training program was better than that of the traditional fast strength training program,and there was significant difference in the test results between the groups(P < 0.05),which indicated that the fast stretching compound training program could effectively improve the continuous system of 10-12-year-old amateur Taekwondo athletes Power and acceleration.(3)After 8 weeks of training,it was found that the improvement effect of the fast stretching composite training program was better than that of the traditional fast strength training program,and the test results between groups were significantly different(P < 0.05),which indicated that the fast stretching composite training program could effectively improve 10 seconds of the specific strength and trunk stability-The special strength and trunk stability of 12-year-old amateur Taekwondo athletes.
