As China's cancer population and aging population continue to increase,the demand for hospice care is also increasing.As a result,the number of caregivers for hospice care patients is also expanding.Caregivers' care workload and lack of social support have also become widespread concern in society.One of the problems.Horticultural treatment,as a kind of modern medical adjuvant therapy,has a significant role in helping clients improve their social skills and emotional healing.Horticultural treatment is a non-invasive method that can be used in a special place such as Hospice Hospital.It can be applied to caregivers of different ages and education backgrounds.The horticultural therapy helps the client to heal well through the five senses and the six senses and the close contact with the plants during the activity,and helps the participants to build a network of social interactions.Therefore,this study explores the social support benefits of improving pacific passport care providers by using horticultural treatment activities.Using the Social Support Rating Scale and the horticultural treatment benefit evaluation form,the results showed that the subjective support of horticultural treatment activities and the utilization of social support were significant,and the recognition of participants in horticultural treatment.Knowing the positive benefits of learning can enhance participants' concentration,horticulture knowledge and interest.
