Psychological capital is an important positive psychological energy,including self-efficacy,resilience,hope and optimism four dimensions.It plays a positive role in promoting the individual's attitude,behavior,performance,subjective well-being and other aspects and is conducive to the healthy and comprehensive development of the individual.In order to improve the level of college students' psychological capital,this paper attempts to study the influence mechanism of interpersonal relationship,stress and social support on psychological capital by exploring the influencing factors of psychological capital,such as interpersonal relationship,stress and social support.This paper takes Bandura's theory of self-efficacy,Seligman's theory of optimism,Snyder's hope theory,and Masten's theory of resilience as the theoretical basis of the study.Through 1014 questionnaires,the college students' psychological capital,interpersonal relationship,stress and social support status were investigated.The following results were obtained through analysis and research.(1)The psychological capital level of undergraduates is generally good.There are significant differences between gender,one child or not,grade,subject type,birthplace and class cadres or not.(2)College students have good interpersonal relationships,and there is a significant positive correlation between interpersonal relationships and psychological capital.The better the interpersonal relationship of college students,the higher the level of psychological capital.Interpersonal relationships can predict changes in psychological capital.(3)There is a significant negative correlation between stress and psychological capital.The stress and its factors can predict the psychological capital.(4)College students have a good level of social support.There is a significant positive correlation between social support and psychological capital.The higher the level of social support for college students,the higher the level of psychological capital.Social support predict changes in psychological capital.According to the investigation results of the influencing factors of college students' psychological capital,this paper proposes a training strategy for the psychological capital of college students from the perspective of ideological and political education,namely the "3-3-3" model.The content of the model is to cultivate the psychological capital of college students should abide by three principles,focusing on three elements,trying to improve the psychological capital of college students through three ways.
