| As an important part of the interpersonal relationship of college students,the dormitory interpersonal relationship has an important impact on the mental health and individual development of college students.In order to promote the mental health of college students and maintain the harmony and stability of the campus,many scholars have done a lot of research and intervention on the dormitory interpersonal relationship of college students in the past.Studies have pointed out that helping college students build a high sense of interpersonal efficacy can reduce their interpersonal difficulties to a certain extent.Psychological sitcoms have effectively intervened in other interpersonal relationships of college students,such as intimate relationships,in previous studies.And as an important part of the interpersonal relationship of college students—the dormitory interpersonal relationship may also be improved through the intervention of psychological sitcoms.Therefore,this study focuses on the interpersonal efficacy of college students,and intends to intervene and guide college students with dormitory interpersonal problems through psychological sitcoms,in order to improve their dormitory interpersonal relationships and promote their physical and mental health.Study 1 used questionnaires to understand the dormitory interpersonal relationship and interpersonal efficacy of college students,and clarified the relevant factors that lead to interpersonal distress in dormitory,in order to provide a reference for the preparation of effective psychological sitcom intervention programs.A survey of 609 college students was conducted with the Interpersonal Diagnosis Scale and the Interpersonal Efficacy Questionnaire for College Students.The results found that the scores of the Interpersonal Relationship Diagnosis Scale for College Students’ Dormitory were significantly correlated with gender and the experience of dormitory conflicts,but not with their grade,major,place of origin,and whether they were only children.There is a significant correlation between the conflict experience without dormitory,and there is no significant correlation with grade,major,place of origin,and whether the only child or not.The results of the open-ended questionnaire survey show that the main problems that cause interpersonal troubles in dormitories of college students are different living habits,personality differences,and cognitive differences,and problems such as adaptation,communication,and group work can also cause interpersonal troubles in college students’ dormitories.Study 2 takes the survey results of Study 1 as a reference to formulate the inclusion criteria for the intervention experiment,compile the intervention plan of psychological sitcoms,and verify the effectiveness of psychological sitcoms in improving interpersonal relationships in college students’ dormitories through the implementation of interventions.In the second study,24 college students participated in the intervention study of psychological sitcom.24 college students were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group,with 12 students in each group.The experimental group received 12 psychological sitcom interventions,while the control group received no intervention.After the intervention study,the 24 participants were post-tested again using the Dormitory Interpersonal Relationship Diagnostic Scale and the Interpersonal Efficacy Questionnaire for College Students.The results showed that the scores of the Interpersonal Diagnosis Scale and the Interpersonal Efficacy Questionnaire of the members of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group.A follow-up test was conducted on the experimental group one month later,and the results showed that psychological sitcoms had a significant continuous effect on improving interpersonal relationships and interpersonal efficacy in college students’ dormitories.To sum up,this study mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)There are significant correlations between college students’ dormitory interpersonal relationship and college students’ interpersonal efficacy and gender and whether they have dormitory conflict experience,and are significantly related to college students’ grade,major,place of origin and whether they are only children.There is no significant association among women;(2)The main problems that cause interpersonal problems in the dormitory of college students are different living habits,personality differences,and cognitive differences,etc.Problems such as adaptation,communication,and group work will also cause interpersonal problems in the dormitory of college students;(3)Psychological sitcoms can improve the cognition and emotion of college students about the interpersonal relationship in the dormitory;(4)Psychological sitcoms have a significant effect on improving the interpersonal relationship in college students’ dormitories,and the improvement effect has a certain degree of continuity. |
