| An excellent in-service middle school teacher must be both competent and competent.Talent shows that teachers have excellent professional skills;Morality indicates that teachers should have noble ethics,and the improvement of moral quality is also an important part in the professional development of middle school teachers.In recent years,there have been frequent incidents of teachers’ violation of teachers’ ethics,which,together with the guidance of bad media,has led to the discussion on teachers’ ethics in the society.There is no consensus.On August 17,2017,the state ministry of education issued the "guidelines on moral education in primary and middle schools",which put forward clear requirements on teachers’ moral.The moral education work guide for primary and middle schools has made comprehensive requirements from the aspects of teachers’ guiding ideology,basic principles,moral education objectives(in stages),content,approach and requirements of moral education.Through the interpretation of the work guide of moral education in primary and middle schools,we can clearly feel the attention and concern of the party and the state on teachers’ moral.But why is there such a thing?There are three reasons for this,one is about the implementation of moral education policies and decrees,the other is about the supervision of moral education policies and decrees.In view of this phenomenon,this paper takes teacher Mei Yadi from Yangzhou no.1 middle school in Jiangsu province as an example to explore the method of cultivating middle school teachers’ moral character and the road of the development of history teachers’ moral character.In this paper,the author USES interview method,literature reading method and case study method to analyze how teacher Mei Yadi’s moral quality comes into being.This paper is divided into four parts:the introduction part mainly introduces the reason of the topic,the significance of the research and the relevant research status.The body part consists of three chapters.The first chapter mainly expounds the concepts related to teacher’s morality and the importance of cultivation of teacher’s morality,as well as the existing problems of teacher’s morality and the causes of such problems.The second chapter is a case study on the growth of teacher Mei Yadi’s morality.The author explores the growth process of Mei’s teacher from the following three aspects:the growth process of Mei’s teacher,students’ understanding and evaluation of Mei’s teacher,and the growth of Mei’s teacher’s morality.The third chapter is mainly based on the main problems existing in today’s teacher’s morality and the growth process of teacher Mei Yadi’s teacher’s moral,put forward some countermeasures to solve the problems.The countermeasures are mainly divided into the following aspects:personal level,school level,education department level,and social public opinion level.In the conclusion part,the author has sorted out the cultivation of middle school teachers’ morality.The purpose of this study is to find a practical and effective way to cultivate middle school teachers’ morality. |
