Great men such as Confucius are aware of importance of teacher'sethics and pay attention to the role it plays. Teacher's ethics is not only the model which students will follow when they are growing, but also the forerunner which will guide students' morals. So teacher's ethics is of great significance to student's growth. Idea of teacher's ethics has two meanings. Generally speaking, it includes comprehensive requests for teachers, such as a teacher's political morals, occupational ethics, social morality and his own morals. The narrow sense of teacher's ethics refers to teacher's occupational ethics. The core question the paper studies is ethics training in continuing education for the teachers from middle school. The object of the research is teachers from middle school and the research scope is mainly in Zhejiang Province. In the first chapter ,introduction, it mainly elaborates concepts of teacher's ethics and teacher's ethics training pattern, formation principles of teacher's ethics training pattern, merits and limitations of two kinds of teacher's ethics training patterns, and it also puts forward the goal, the significance and the duty of researches on new teacher's ethics training pattern. In the second chapter, there is an investigation to present situation of ethics and ethics training of teachers from middle school. Based on the investigation, problems are analyzed and new methods are advanced in order to improve the ways of training. In the third chapter, the basic principles of forming and developing of teacher's ethics are studied, as well as the rules that present how teachers accept the ethics in the training. The purpose of teacher's ethics training is expounded as that exemplary virtues should be turned into the ethics or dharma. In order to reconsider the present situation of teacher's ethics training, it uses successful experience overseas in teacher's occupational ethics construction for reference in the fourth chapter, and advances new methods in training so as to promote wholly teacher's ethics level in China. The fifth chapter is the core of the paper. In this part, it expounds systematically three new patterns for teacher's ethics and they are training pattern of studying independently-reconsidering, training pattern under tutorial system and training pattern by using cases, and it also advances that a new idea of reconsidering-renovating-practicing will grow up and the idea will make teacher'sethics and personality go ahead unceasingly in the course of conflicting and interaction. In the sixth chapter; it carries on a certain track investigation to the experiments on new teacher's ethics training patterns; and proposes a following research direction after asking teachers who accept training for feedback and analyzing it. The paper is not only a study on elementary theories but on practice.Research in the paper reflects reform direction of teacher's ethics training from a specific angle: the goal of training must comply with new demands for teacher's ethics development; ways of training request participation; reconsidering and interaction; the content of training requests to meet the intrinsic needs of teachers. Teacher's ethics training is not only an inheritance of virtues; but also an activity of guiding value and supporting the growth of teacher-training. In the face of the positive turning of the attitude and the request in teacher's training; trainers must put up a positive response to make theories feasible; through cases or a certain situation; offering one's own experiences as an example; or deliberating questions and so on. Trainers should manifest specific functions of the training in both value and practice guidance and encourage teachers to participate in training to promotion reconsidering and collision in experience.
