In recent years,the prevalence of microblog and WeChat has declared that human beings have entered the "micro-era".Micro-course has also set off a wave of upsurge in the field of ducation,attracting educational scholars to explore.As a miniature video teaching resource,micro class has the advantages of short time,clear theme,concise content,strong selectivity and so on.The effective application of micro class in primary and secondary school teaching will be a brand new application of education information.However,the author found that the application of micro-lessons in primary and secondary schools is not common,and teachers are indifferent to the teaching of micro-lessons.Therefore,it is of great practical significance for the development of the application of micro-course teaching to analyze the factors affecting the micro-course teaching of primary and secondary school teachers and the degree of its influence,and accordingly propose targeted strategies to improve the situation.In order to further study the factors affecting the application of Microteaching in primary and secondary school teachers,this study adopts the methods of literature,interviews,questionnaires and structural equation modeling.First,on the basis of consulting a large number of relevant literature,the paper introduces the research background and significance,research status and research ideas.Secondly,this paper puts forward constructivism theory,audio-visual education theory and technology acceptance model theory as the theoretical basis of the study,and defines the relevant concepts.Through literature review and interview research,a total of eight influencing factors under the three dimensions of school,students and micro class were summarized.Combined with the relevant theoretical basis,the hypothesis of the relationship between the influencing factors was proposed,and the structural relationship model of the influencing factors was constructed.Thirdly,using SPSS questionnaire analysis software and AMOS24.0 statistical software,project analysis,reliability analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted on the collected questionnaire data to demonstrate the rationality of the research model and research hypothesis.Finally,the structural equation model is verified and modified according to the calculation results,and the corresponding strategies are proposed.The research shows that the factors affecting the application of micro-lesson teaching in primary and secondary schools are information equipment,teacher training,micro-lesson support,autonomous learning ability,information technology level,micro-lesson interest,micro-lessonproduction difficulty and micro-lecture video quality.The mediating factor is teacher's efficacy,which has a significant positive impact on the application of micro-lesson teaching.According to the influencing factors,the strategies of school,students and micro-class are proposed.Coordination of all parties,multi-linkage,for primary and secondary school teachers to actively apply micro-course teaching put forward new ideas and new suggestions.
