With the establishment of the "three-level curriculum management" system in China,the curriculum reform has been gradually promoted.The development of music school-based curriculum in primary schools continues to advance in the exploration of theory and practice.Though,for more than twenty years development of school-based curriculum in the elementary school music has obtained certain achievements,but there are still many problems,for example,some schools did not attach enough importance to music school-based curriculum,the related teachers about the understanding of school-based curriculum still exist deviation,and insufficient funds support as well as the existing teaching form is unitary and so on.The problems mentioned above seriously restrict the healthy development of music school-based curriculum in primary schools in China.This paper takes music school-based curriculum development practice of Zaozhuang primary school in Shandong province as the research object.First of all,the development status of music school-based curriculum in primary schools in this region is explored as a whole,and problems and challenges in the development work are sorted out.Then,the excellent case of curriculum development--music school-based curriculum of Liu-chin play in primary school A is deeply analyzed,and its successful experience and shortcomings are summarized.Finally,according to the practical problems and challenges in the development of music school-based curriculum in Zaozhuang primary school,and combined with the successful experience and deficiencies in the development process of music school-based curriculum of Liu-chin play in primary school A,the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.The specific steps are as follows.The first step is to sort out the concept of music school-based curriculum development in primary schools,collect and sort out relevant literature and materials,and lay a foundation for the writing of the paper.The second step is to investigate the development of music school-based curriculum in 9 primary schools in Zaozhuang by means of questionnaire survey,interview and field investigation.Statistics,sorting and analysis are carried out on the collected data and data to understand the development status of music school-based curriculum in related primary schools,and analyze the problems and challenges faced in the course of curriculum development.The third step,taking music school-based curriculum development of Liu-chin play in primary school A as an example,studies the currentsituation of music school-based curriculum development and application,and summarizes and summarizes its successful experience and shortcomings.Finally,according to the above problems and challenges,and combined with the successful experience and deficiency of curriculum development of primary school A,the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward,including:strengthening management and providing guarantee;Implement scientific development;Enhance the theoretical awareness and promote the improvement of teachers' professional skills and qualities;Increase the capital investment of school-based curriculum development and improve the treatment of teachers;Strengthen cooperation and advance together.The purpose of this is to promote the benign development of music school-based curriculum in Zaozhuang primary schools.
