Research On The Appearance Standards Of Middle School Teachers

Teacher appearance refers to the external disclosure of the teacher's inner literacy,as well as the unique demeanor exhibited by the teacher.Teacher appearance is the medium for disseminating information.It has a very high research value in the field of education.This study first uses interviews and related analysis methods.The "Instrumentation and Impression Correlation Analysis Questionnaire" was formulated,and the collected data was analyzed.The correlation coefficient between the appearance and the impression was 0.787(P ? 0.01),so the appearance was positively correlated with the impression,the appearance and impression were known.Extremely significant difference.That is to say,the better the meter will give a good first impression.It can be proved that teacher appearances have research value.Secondly,establish the elements of the teacher's instrumentation,through interviews,observations,and literature analysis.Based on the theory of pedagogy and psychology,the final construction of the teacher's instrument components is 4 first-level indicator dimensions and 11 second-level observation indicators.Finally,an example analysis.The first-line in-service teachers were selected for training.Through the training,the teacher's instruments were improved compared with the previous ones.Through the observation,the students' participation in the class was higher than that before the instrument was transformed.The students found that the students' attention to the teachers was greatly improved.Through the interview,the teacher found that the teacher himself felt that the classroom teaching effect was significantly improved.It can be seen that the teacher's instrument has a positive promotion effect for both the teacher and the student.
