Among a great number of schools in the pre-Qin period,the school which has the most extensive and far-reaching influence on later generations is Confucian school,so far,Confucianism still has a profound impact on the core values of the Chinese people.However,it is necessary to learn about Confucius,the founder of the Confucian school if we want to understand Confucianism and tap the spiritual core of the Chinese people.The Analects of Confucius is a must-read classic that is close to Confucius and can understand Confucius.It not only records Confucius' words and deeds faithfully,but also expresses Confucius' thoughts intensively,in addition,it completely restored the Confucian school atmosphere in the period of Confucius.In the latest Chinese Curriculum Standard for Ordinary Senior High Schools(2017 Edition)issued by the Ministry of Education,the basic concept of “taking core literacy as the basis and promoting deep-level reform of Chinese curriculum” has been put forward.At the same time,the curriculum content is divided into 18 “learning task groups”.The rich Chinese curriculum resources of senior high schools are included in The Analects of Confucius,which is very suitable for the development of school-based curriculum in combination with students' learning task groups.It is conducive to improving students' core literacy in Chinese disciplines comprehensively,thus enabling students to develop in language,thinking,aesthetics and culture.This paper is divided into three parts:Introduction: The reason why choosing this topic is explained,sorting out the research related to this topic at home and abroad,clarifying the research content and innovation points,and elaborating the research method of this paper.Part one: The purpose of carrying out “questionnaire survey on the learning situation of the school-based curriculum”--The Analects of Confucius for ordinary high school students and the “interview survey on the development ability of the school-based curriculum”--The Analects of Confucius for ordinary high school teacher on the basis of sorting out the relevant theories and practical results of school-based curriculum development is to understand the students' learning situation and the teachers' development ability of the school-based curriculum,find out the problems existing in the development process of the school-based curriculum--The Analects of Confucius and analyze the reasons,so as to ensure that the development of the school-based curriculum--The Analects of Confucius can maximally adapt to the school running background,improve the teachers' development ability and meet the individual needs of students.Part two: The development of school-based curriculum is a serious work,which should follow certain development principles.In this part,it concretely expounds the five basic principles that should be followed in the process of developing school-based curriculum”--The Analects of Confucius,to the natural principle,scientific principle,complementary principle,characteristic principle and flexibility principle,they are Principle of tropism,scientific principle,complementary principle,principle of distinctiveness and principle of flexibility respectively.Part three: As the main body of this paper,first of all,the third part has a plan and design for the school-based curriculum--The Analects of Confucius from curriculum type,class hour arrangement,teaching object and curriculum goal,and then,it discusses the selection strategy of teaching contents,the application strategy of teaching methods,the organization strategy of extracurricular activities and the integration strategy of teaching evaluation.
