| In recent years,the state has made great efforts to develop vocational education,and secondary vocational education has ushered in new opportunities for development.Secondary vocational schools in ethnic minority areas shoulder the task of training national technical talents and the task of poverty alleviation in ethnic minority areas.Classroom is the main front for students to acquire knowledge and develop skills.Classroom teaching management directly affects the quality of school talent training.The learning characteristics of secondary vocational students in minority areas have certain particularity compared with their peers in ordinary high schools,and their problematic classroom behaviors are also more prominent,which seriously affects the classroom teaching quality and daily management level of secondary vocational schools in minority areas.Therefore,it is necessary to study the problematic classroom behaviors of secondary vocational students in minority areas and put forward feasible teaching strategies.It is helpful to improve the classroom management ability of teachers in secondary vocational schools in minority areas,improve the quality of school education and teaching,help secondary vocational students in minority areas to form good learning habits,promote the all-round development of students,and improve the way of personnel training in secondary vocational schools in minority areas.This study takes Nujiang Ethnic Secondary Professional School,located in three districts and three states,as the research object.On the basis of combing and analyzing relevant theoretical researches at home and abroad,this study uses literature research method,classroom observation method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to conduct in-depth investigation and analysis on the current situation of classroom problem behavior of secondary vocational students in the sample schools,and takes the observation of classroom problem behavior as the basis.Combined with questionnaires and interviews between teachers and students,this paper summarizes the basic characteristics of classroom problem behaviors of secondary vocational students in minority areas,explores the reasons from the aspects of students,teachers,families and schools,and puts forward management strategies from the aspects of students,teachers and schools.The aim is to prevent and reduce classroom problem behavior,improve the classroom teaching quality of secondary vocational schools in minority areas,and provide practical reference for training technical and skilled talents needed in minority areas. |
