Under the new situation of curriculum reform in our country,the improvement of excellent traditional culture education has attracted much attention.Excellent traditional culture contains rich moral and legal thoughts,and occupies an important position in the textbooks of moral and legal courses.How to make better use of and excavate the excellent traditional culture content in moral and legal courses to help teachers carry out better in practical teaching? Excellent traditional teaching culture education,so that students inherit excellent historical culture and the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation,is of great significance to the cultivation of students' personality and moral accomplishment.Firstly,starting from the research background and significance of excellent traditional culture education in moral and rule of law course in junior high school,this paper defines the research methods and summarizes the research characteristics through the discussion of the current research situation at home and abroad;deeply explores the connotation and core value of excellent traditional culture,and defines the connotation and presentation mode of excellent traditional culture from the perspective of moral and rule of law course,and then combs and combs them.This paper sums up the content of excellent traditional culture of morality in the textbooks of moral and rule of law in junior middle school and analyses its distribution characteristics,and probes into the educational value of excellent traditional culture content in moral and rule of law course.Secondly,through questionnaires and observation,this paper investigates and analyses the current situation of excellent traditional culture education of moral and rule of law teachers in junior high schools,and finds that there is insufficient reserve of excellent traditional culture knowledge of moral and rule of law teachers in junior high schools.In classroom teaching,teachers have a simple understanding of the excellent traditional culture content in moral and rule of law textbooks.Teaching lays particular emphasis on knowledge objectives and lacks of excellent traditional culture.Rong's in-depth excavation,students lack the understanding of the excellent traditional culture moral spirit and the rule of law,difficult to mobilize students' interest in learning excellent traditional culture and other issues.Finally,from four aspects: improving teachers 'ability to teach excellent traditional culture,enhancing students' learning awareness of excellent traditional culture,innovating the forms of excellent traditional culture education in classroom and promoting excellent traditional culture in universities,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to effectively carry out excellent traditional culture education in moral and rule of law courses in junior middle schools,and combines with the box of "Continuing Cultural Vital Line" in the fifth lesson of Grade 9.Practice in education.In a word,it is a difficult and lasting guerrilla war to perfect the excellent traditional culture education in the moral and rule of law course of junior middle school.It faces many challenges in the practice process.It also needs the joint efforts of schools,teachers and students in many aspects and all directions to better realize the educational value of the excellent traditional culture in the moral and rule of law course of junior middle school.
