As the product of human social practice,culture is the ideological reflection of politics and economy.Since its birth,Chinese traditional culture has been a rich heritage handed down by our ancestors from generation to generation.Only the excellent traditional culture can become the inner motive force and basic spirit of promoting the development of national culture.At the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee,General Secretary Xi Jinping published the spiritual requirements for improving the education of Chinese excellent traditional culture.In order to further implement the moral education and strengthen the education of excellent traditional culture under the new situation,the Ministry of Education has issued the "Notice on Perfecting the Guiding Outline of Excellent Traditional Culture Education in China".As educators under the curriculum reform of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior middle schools,how to effectively infiltrate excellent traditional culture into the curriculum education of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior middle schools is the mission and exploration direction of our educators.The textbook "Morality and Rule of Law" prepared in 2016 contains a large number of excellent traditional cultural materials.Both the main body and the extended part show us many excellent traditional cultural materials.This has provided a solid foundation for our research.The main body of this paper consists of four chapters.The first chapter mainly adopts the method of literature study.This paper defines the concept of excellent traditional culture by consulting a large number of materials,and analyzes the necessity of excellent traditional culture in moral education and rule of law education in junior middle school.The second chapter,starting from the textbook "Morality and Rule of Law",combs the release of excellent traditional culture in the textbook,and summarizes the distribution rules and principles of excellent traditional culture in the education of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school.In the third chapter,the questionnaire survey method is mainly used to carry out practical activities.Through a real and effective questionnaire survey of teachers and students who use the unified textbook "Morality and Rule of Law",the problems existing in the education of excellent traditional culture in the course of "Morality and Rule of Law" are analyzed,and the reasons behind them are analyzed.The fourth chapter,problem-oriented,points out the principles to be followed in the process of infiltrating excellent traditional culture into the education of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high school.On this basis,this paper puts forward feasible strategies for educators who are fighting in the front line.
