Through theoretical analysis and empirical research,this paper investigates and analyzes the influencing factors of job satisfaction of PE teachers in some colleges and universities in Chengdu.Through expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,factor analysis and other methods,the data were analyzed by SPSS22.0.This paper finds out the factors that influence the job satisfaction of physical education teachers in some colleges and universities in Sichuan province,and analyzes the relationship between the dimensions and the factors that affect the job satisfaction of PE teachers.The study concluded that:(1)there are six dimensions affecting the job satisfaction of PE teachers in Chengdu: leadership and management,work environment,compensation and welfare,social support,personal growth and development,and the relationship between colleagues.The overall level of job satisfaction of physical education teachers in Chengdu is not high.The order of influencing dimensions of physical education teachers' job satisfaction from high to low in Chengdu is: leadership and management,working environment,personal growth and development,social support,compensation and welfare,co-worker relationship.(2)from the demographic characteristics,it is found that the gender ratio has no significant effect on the job satisfaction of PE teachers in some colleges and universities in Chengdu.(3)by means of independent sample T test and ANOVA,it was found that teachers were married or not,age,academic background,teaching age,monthly salary,post in school,etc.The seven independent variables of professional title have different influence on the job satisfaction of PE teachers in Chengdu.The following recommendations are made:(1)optimize the school organization and management and perfect the management mechanism.(2)to create a good teachers' work,academic atmosphere,and improve teachers' job satisfaction.
