Under the current circumstances, to carry out the work for middle school teachers of satisfaction, for the establishment of a stable, high-quality physical education teachers for secondary schools, that is their own development needs, but also cultivate a comprehensive health needs of students.In this study, self-compiled the "secondary school physical education teacher job satisfaction questionnaire" to Changchun City, conducted a survey of 19 secondary schools, and through mathematical statistics method, middle school PE teacher job satisfaction were analyzed, and made light of the actual number of consequential increase in secondary school physical education teacher job satisfaction strategy. The results are as follows:(1) From the general point of view, the majority of secondary school physical education teacher on sports is very unsatisfactory. Middle School physical education teachers in the evaluation of the nature of the work of their own indicators with the highest scores, more than moderate-intensity values, interpersonal skills, the evaluation index scores higher than the overall average, but lower than the value of moderate intensity.(2) Middle School physical education teacher job satisfaction, satisfaction with the six evaluation indexes in decreasing order as: the nature of work itself - interpersonal relations - working environment - School Management - promoted education - income from work.(3) High school physical education teacher's job satisfaction has a significant influence of demographic variables: age, job title, highest degree, the school level, working hours and commitment to participate in six different roles evaluation index. The sex, marital status and evaluation of teaching at three indicators of job satisfaction of secondary school physical education teachers had no significant impact.(4) Effect of age is reflected in the income level indicators; of title reflected in the work environment, income from work and school management three indicators; the highest degree of influence is reflected in the work environment, promotion, education and school management three indicators; schools category impact is reflected in the work environment indicators; the impact of working time spent is reflected in the nature of work itself, working conditions and income from work three indicators; bear the impact of the different roles are divided into two areas: the impact of engaging in coaching roles reflected in the work itself nature of the work environment and interpersonal three indicators; the impact of executive positions reflected in the work environment, promotion, education and income from work three indicators.Based on the above findings, proposed to increase the secondary school physical education teacher job satisfaction strategy. With a view to improve the secondary school physical education teacher job satisfaction provide some theoretical support.
