with the change of the times,the connotation and extension of sports also will establish a benchmark to the myriads of changes,sports and leading role in the "Sports",we must continue to promote the development of sports and sports people keep pace with the times.The enrollment expansion of Physical Education Majors in Colleges and universities has increased the pressure of school education and made the overall quality of physical education students decline.People often refer to a variety of special skills are indispensable,professional and special courses are the key learning points is the key of training,for individuals will play an important role,how to focus on the special teaching and training and focus on diversification ability,is worth pondering and universities continue to explore and improve the quality of higher education determines the students the quality of college student quality determines the school sustainable development blueprint.In the overall development of social culture and sports under the background of the national fitness appeal,aerobics is developing like a raging fire,so what kind of Aerobics occupation work ability is the needs of the society,how to prepare students of aerobics,aerobics students is worth studying further.This paper will deeply understand the employment situation of Aerobics past graduate students,the Chengdu Sport University aerobics special students training objectives and provide reference,but also the important content of this study,as the country deployed in the southwest region of higher education institutions only,the employment situation of Aerobics students also has a certain representative and guide.In this paper,2014-2016 years of Chengdu Sport University aerobics graduates,through the use of literature,questionnaires,interviews and logical analysis of the current status of employment in-depth study and analysis.Draw the following conclusions:1,Chengdu Sport University sports education professional aerobics talents mainly to school goals and school culture,consistent with most of the students expect pre employment,with the development of society,and the characteristics of the times of aerobics,and the social sports talent demand gradually increased,the students began to slowly toward the individual enterprise employment direction.2,Chengdu Sport University of physical education aerobics graduates focused on city employment,and below the county level of the area due to the limitation of Aerobics development lag,urban and rural living environment is different,the development of the aerobics schedule,participate in competitions and performances of the platform,the economically developed city of Aerobics in general,the municipal city is not carried out or start late,therefore,graduates are more willing to stay in the city municipal employment.3,Chengdu Sport University graduates of physical education aerobics most professional treatment is not high,a monthly salary of three thousand yuan in the majority,some graduates salary less than three thousand yuan,can reach five thousand monthly salary of graduates rarely,since most of them are engaged in sports teachers in a post,it can be inferred that most of the graduates majored in Aerobics the treatment is in the moderate state,high income,fewer graduates.4,most of the Chengdu Sport University physical education aerobics graduates responded to,at present the unit of their evaluation is the highest,their teaching ability,management ability,social communication ability,the ability of innovation and practice that the performance is excellent,good language expression ability and language expression ability is less,lack of ability is the employment of graduates of Aerobics the interview.Aerobics graduates to the current employment satisfaction results showed that 5 of Chengdu Sport University,majoring in physical education,they are most satisfied with the employment location and work environment,that is to say,they have satisfied with the attitude of the work environment work experience,the work personnel expressed satisfaction with the level of emotion,the last few people think they just with the actual received salary satisfaction and development prospects.6,the Chengdu Sport University sports education in the past three years of professional aerobics graduates continue to engage in Aerobics Teaching and training of Aerobics talent less,resulting in residual and waste of resources,to live up to the University of talent education and training efforts and expectations,is not conducive to the aerobics graduates to play their strengths and quickly adapt to the employment environment,buried the special talents of the specialty and advantage,can not give full play to the era value of Aerobics talents.
