Research On The Current Situation And Sustainable Development Countermeasures Of The Reserve Team Of Synchronized Swimming In My Country

Chinese artistic swimming started in the mid-1980 s,under the hard work of several generations of coaches,athletes and referees.Their achievements over the decades are obvious to all.In the 2010 Changshu World Cup figure match,Sichuan twins Jiang Wenwen and Jiang Tingting won the gold medal in duet free routine.In the free combination final of the artistic swimming team at the 2017 world swimming championships,the Chinese team performed well and made history again to win the gold medal.But behind the brilliance we should wake up to the crisis that exists.First,the training of athletes in artistic swimming is a long and complicated process,which belongs to the later development cycle.It takes at least three Olympic cycles to train a good athlete.If a country has a problem with reserve training of artistic swimmers,its restocking will be a long process that will inevitably continue to affect the sport for many years.Secondly,the number of people engaged in artistic swimming training in China is very small,and the reserve strength is obviously insufficient.According to the data,there are less than 200 registered artistic swimmers in China.Of the more than 30 provinces and cities in China,only nine have artistic swimming,less than a third.The quantity and quality of reserve talents in various provinces and cities of artistic swimming determine the quality and quantity of high-level sports talents to a certain extent,and then determine the level of artistic swimming in a country.Therefore,only by training reserve personnel,can China's artistic swimming continue to develop to a higher level and maintain the sustainable development of this project.This paper adopts the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire and logical analysis.It is found that the main factors influencing the training of back-up swimming talents are as follows:(1)The age structure of reserve talents is unbalanced,and the brain drain is serious,and a multi-channel training system has not yet been formed;(2)Most coaches attach more importance to practice than theory,and the overall level of professional theoretical knowledge and accomplishment is deficient;(3)On the one hand,it has affected the improvement of athletes' training level and actual combat ability;on the other hand,it has largely weakened the enthusiasm of children and teenagers and their parents,which is not conducive to the popularization of the program.According to the main influencing factors,the following strategies for sustainable development are proposed:(1)Strengthen the construction of reserve talent echelon to help solve education and safeguard problems;(2)Comprehensive layout of the overall plan,innovation reserve personnel training mode;(3)Improve the business training and promotion mechanism of coaches,and improve the overall level of coaches;(4)Create competitive events,expand publicity channels and increase awareness.
