NBA and CBA are the highest level of professional basketball league in the United States,China,the two major leagues in the course of development have introduced a lot of foreign aid,the development of their respective leagues have played a positive role,but because of the different nature of the league,foreign aid role is also different,has a positive effect,but also has a negative impact.We should constantly learn from the NBA's practices and experience in the introduction of foreign aid,and take effective measures to resolve these negative effects,so as to ensure the positive role of foreign aid,while reducing the impact of negative effects on the value orientation of the league.This study uses the literature method,the expert interview method,the logical analysis method and the comparative analysis method,from the foreign players in the NBA League,CBA League role comparison,systematically analyzes the CBA League foreign players bring the positive,the negative influence,and combines the CBA League foreign player policy appearance under the sports social background analysis,From the perspective of foreign aid introduction,this paper analyzes the development orientation and conflict of CBA League after the separation of management office,and finally discusses the suggestion of better play the role of foreign aid to realize CBA league.Make CBA Company,clubs more rational positioning of the role of foreign aid,reduce the negative impact of foreign aid on the development of CBA League,promote the healthy development of the league,for the development of CBA League management and ensure the healthy and stable development of CBA League to provide reference.Through the research,the following basic conclusions are obtained: 1,the NBA is a pure business alliance,in the introduction of foreign aid is mainly to increase the commercial value of the alliance as a starting point,its foreign players are an important strategy for the internationalization of the NBA,by attracting sponsorship to create greater business interests;CBA League is a semi-professional league,the introduction of foreign aid is mainly to speed up the professionalization of the CBA League,internationalization process,through foreign aid to enhance CBA league antagonism,ornamental,foreign aid to promote the rapid growth of domestic players.2,foreign aid on the CBA League has both a positive impact,but also has a negative impact,from the positive level to make CBA league attention and brand value significantly improved,so that CBA League competitiveness and ornamental greatly increased,to CBA League brought advanced technology,tacticalconcept and competitive spirit;On the negative level,Increased the CBA league on the management of players difficult,not conducive to the training and development of local players,exacerbating the club's quick-fix mentality.3,foreign aid should have contributed to the better development of CBA League,but to a certain extent,the CBA League has become the focus of the transition period of the secondary vocational basket.And "Management separation" has become the key to solve the problem of insufficient imbalance in the development of CBA League,the league as a product has a market,investment has a return,the club has the benefits of high-quality,cost-effective league,in order to better meet the needs of the masses.4,to better play the role of foreign aid to achieve CBA League,we need to solve the problem of foreign aid is difficult to effectively integrate,to resolve the contradiction between foreign aid leadership and the lack of exercise of local players,club teams should change the idea of quick success,so that the operation and management of the club into the rule of law track as soon as possible.
