| China basketball professionalism has experienced nearly 20 years development,office unity is the main mechanism of China profession basketball league,NBL League begin the separation of management and reform in 2015,but the two season running through the NBL League has also emerged many problems in many aspects,the league is in trouble.In this paper,using the method of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and a series of research methods,combined with the investigation by myself during the translation with the team in the League to understand the situation.To do in-depth research and analysis on the separation of management and reform of the NBL league,summed up the problems existing in the NBL League organization management.the competitive level of problems,media issues and business models,and give the corresponding countermeasure and the measure,for the further development of NBL Basketball League provide suggestions,create new ideas for the reform and development of China basketball professionalism league.After investigation and analysis the conclusions of this study.1 NBL has been the League due to convey team to CBA,the player number,and mobility can not match to CBA.From its inception in 2005 China Basketball Association has carried on many reforms NBL League but the effect is not good.2 the NBL League in the business model has been seeking innovation,private company had involved in the League several times to develop the commercial value,But in the 2015 season after being separated NBL management agency established still use the old schedule system to run,the start time being push back due to the disagreement,the problem of new management model is low efficiency3 NBL League separation management reform is conform to the needs of the development in professionalism sports events,the league change to market-oriented operation,after being separated most of the NBL club did not enjoy the benefits,but loss in the basketball game,tickets and sponsorship revenue each year can't match to the hundreds of millions investment in the team.The league's business model is still in the phase of nonprofit.4 the separation management reform in the NBL League has brought a certain change,but compared with CBA,NBL press is still a big gap,which is mainly reflected in the insufficient number of reported,propaganda and the lack of single propaganda points5 NBL game defense intensity compare to CBA,the players are more positive in the offensive side,the level of foreign player is different As the league has been in the trouble of reform,the entire league standardization is not enough,the players will produce a variety of negative emotions,there will be negative competition in the game6 the league has been in unstable situation lead to the players will have negative thoughts.After the separation of management and operation,the whole league needs to develop in a stable direction. |
