Research On The Construction Of Excellent Aerobics Courses In Physical Education Colleges In My Country

With the rapid development of calisthenics,the construction of Calisthenics Course in Colleges and universities has achieved outstanding results,but there are still some shortcomings in the construction of calisthenics excellent course.Among them,the construction of calisthenics excellent course in sports colleges and universities has failed to give full play to its leading role,making the teaching quality unable to achieve the desired effect.Through the methods of documentation,expert interviews,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,this paper studies the various parts of the construction of Aerobics excellent courses in physical education institutions in China.It mainly explores the main points and advantages of the construction of Aerobics excellent courses in physical education institutions,finds out its shortcomings and puts forward some suggestions,aiming at fully implementing the "five first-class" in the construction of excellent courses in the Ministry of Education.” The task and implementation of talent training strategy in Colleges and universities are expected to provide useful theoretical reference for the reform of curriculum system and the construction of excellent aerobics courses in Colleges and universities in China.Through analysis and research,the following four conclusions are drawn:(1)Some colleges and universities have outstanding advantages in the construction of quality courses.The excellent course of Aerobics in P.E.colleges has certain advantages in the construction of teaching team,setting of teaching objectives,arrangement of teaching contents and the use of teaching methods,etc.(2)There are great differences in the construction of excellent courses among colleges and universities.There are differences between provincial and school-level,provincial and provincial,school-level and schoollevel in elite calisthenics courses of physical education colleges and universities,and the differences are large.(3)There is still a gap between the construction of elite courses of physical education colleges and evaluation indicators.There are some gaps between the construction of calisthenics excellent courses and evaluation indicators in some sports colleges and universities.(4)The popularization of network platform of each excellent course is low.The overall promotion of Aerobics quality courses in physical education institutions is relatively low,which affects the effect of sharing network resources.In view of the deficiencies in the construction of calisthenics excellent course in physical education colleges,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Arrange more reasonable teaching content to design.Under the guidance of teaching objectives,arrange large amount of information,novel and reasonable teaching content for the design and arrangement of teaching hours;(2)Use more efficient teaching methods and means for teaching.It is advocated that students use multimedia independently,adopt group exercises,set up simulation exercises and other teaching methods.At the same time,to improve the strict management and evaluation mechanism,both theory and practice should be strictly assessed,while the website opens the system of student evaluation and feedback;(3)To strengthen the construction of comprehensive website platform module to achieve resource sharing.The construction of web browser and related links should be strengthened in an all-round way.(4)More orientations should be adopted to promote the quality courses to expand the influence of the courses.Promote and publicize the construction of excellent courses in various forms in order to expand the scope of Aerobics excellent courses and improve the influence of Aerobics excellent courses.
