With the deepening of basic education reform,high school education has also made great progress.The number of students entering high school has increased significantly,and many new high schools have been built or rebuilt throughout the country to cope with the increase in the number of students.Among them,there are some high schools of low quality,lacking sufficient qualified teachers,teaching hardware,or students source of higher quality.The number of less-abled students in weak high schools is huge,especially in physics,which is mainly reflected as following:poor knowledge foundation,bad learning habit,unsteady concentration,low need level,and so on.Under the guidance of the idea that education should be oriented towards the whole class,it is of great practical significance to explore the causes of poor senior high school physics and to study effective transformation strategies.This paper first expounds the background,purpose and significance of the research,then analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad,and interprets the related concepts of weak high school and less-abled students in physics,summarizing that the physics teaching research of current educational researchers on the transformation of high school students is mainly aimed at ordinary or key high school students,and most of the emphasis is on the theoretical research of teaching strategies,while the practical research on the students who do poorly in physics in weak high school is basically a blank.Through the questionnaire survey and the analysis of the interview results of the students who do poorly in physics of weak high schools and the first-line teachers,the author concludes that the main factors that lead to their poor learning achievement are:low self-orientation and limited attention given to them;passive learning and weak foundation;lack of good learning habits and scientific learning methods;lack of the will to overcome the difficulties.Basing on respecting the individual differences of students,the researchers are following the students' cognitive laws,and paying attention to the organic combination of students'knowledge and ability cultivation.They aim to cultivate students' scientific literacy,starting with knowledge and skills,processes and methods,emotional attitudes,and values.Eventually,a number of transformation strategies for poor physics students in weak senior high schools are put forward,and the practical application and effect analysis of the strategies are carried out.Practice has proved that by applying humanism strategy in physics teaching on less-abled students in weak high school to open their hearts,following the cognition rule of human being in accordance of their aptitude and step-by-step strategy consolidating their scientific cognition,students' learning enthusiasm can be promoted effectively.Meantime,their scientific learning methods and good thinking habits in physics learning can be cultivated.With the help of the strategy above,their potential energy is excavated.Thus,improve the scientific literacy of students with lower ability,so that they can be effectively transformed.
