Research On The Governance Of Rural Communities From The Perspective Of Social Capital

At present,China is in a period of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization.Rural development has become a hot topic of social concern.In the construction of rural communities,the community governance mode with rural communities as the carrier gradually emerges,which is of great significance for promoting the transformation of rural grass-roots social governance and realizing the modernization of national governance.But as a new thing,there are some outstanding problems in rural community governance.The rural social capital based on the traditional trust relationship has changed,and the traditional "acquaintance " society and "circle" society have been impacted.Public construction is an important part of rural community governance.At present,rural areas are mainly characterized by the shortage of basic public services,imperfect villagers' participation mechanism,and the lack of social organizations and social norms,which greatly weakens the derived power of community development and affects the development of rural communities.This paper according to B village infrastructure financing as the main case study,through qualitative interviews with the local villagers,community workers and social worker,to take the perspective of social capital,analyzes the present situation of B village rural community governance,the construction of the public financing of the process and the role of social capital in rural community governance process,to explore how social capital in rural communities to mobilize and reconstruction,how social capital affects the rural community governance and how to play the role of social workers in rural community.In addition,In addition,the paper further explores the form and function of social capital in rural construction by refining the characteristic experience of social capital operation and mobilization.The study finds that in the process of urbanization and modernization,social capital still exists in rural communities and plays an important role in various aspects.The application of social capital in the public financing construction can provide repeated social exchanges and interactions with a stable and sustainable relationship of mutual trust.It can provide a platform for interactive communication and thus form a stable social network to promote effective public participation.Social workers can play the role of cultivating citizens' sense of participation and governance ability,assisting the development of rural social organizations,and cultivating social capital to rebuild social relations.Through the above research,on the one hand,it makes people pay attention to the content of public construction in rural community governance intuitively,and the success in financing mode can provide experience for the practice of rural revitalization.On the other hand,it urges people to pay attention to the forms of social capital,such as trust and cooperation,norms of reciprocity and participation network hidden in the rural social structure from a deeper theoretical level,and realize the important role of these social capital in the governance of rural communities.
