With the proposal of "Internet plus",many industries begin to combine with information technology,and the education field proposes to use "education informatization to drive education modernization".With the continuous development of technology,educational informatization is no longer the initial stage of focusing on teaching equipment,but the application of information technology in the process of education and teaching.TPACK,the subject teaching knowledge of integrated technology,came into being.TPACK is produced by combining technology on the basis of PCK put forward by kohler and mishra,and it is the basis for teachers to use technology for teaching and improve teaching effect.On the one hand,the survey of TPACK ability of in-service teachers and practice teachers can understand the level of education informatization of teachers and the region;on the other hand,it can find out the status quo and differences of TPACK ability of in-service teachers and practice teachers,and then put forward Suggestions to promote the improvement of TPACK ability and accelerate the process of education modernization.This thesis in jinan area high school geography teachers and student teacher as investigation object,using literature study,questionnaire,data analysis,classroom observation,interview conversation method,comparative method,on the basis of the connotation of the high school geography TPACK clearly,to the technology of high school geography teachers and student teacher,teaching knowledge,discipline knowledge,subject teaching knowledge,technical knowledge,subject matter knowledge integration technology,integration technology of knowledge and the teaching condition pulse survey statistics,through the statistical charts TPACK each dimension analysis and comparison,and analysis of specific cases,The scientific nature and accuracy of the survey results should be improved as far as possible.Through the investigation and comparison,it is found that the eight dimensions of TPACK of the in-service teachers are all higher than that of the trainee teachers.In terms of pedagogical knowledge and geography subject knowledge,the gap between trainee teachers and in-service teachers is relatively large.According to the comparative analysis of the survey results,specific measures are proposed for the improvement of TPACK ability of trainee teachers and in-service teachers respectively.In-service teachers can strengthen technical learning,and strengthen the application of technology in teaching by improving relevant evaluation and reward mechanism,so as to promote the improvement of teaching ability of geography subject with integrated technology.The practice teacher should change the teaching idea and strengthen the practice.At the same time,schools should also set up integrated courses relatedto technology,disciplines and teaching methods to facilitate the participation of trainee teachers.This paper studies the current situation of TPACK of in-service teachers and practice teachers in jinan area,and puts forward the strategies for improving the TPACK ability of in-service teachers and practice teachers respectively,which has certain reference value for enriching the research content of TPACK,improving the teaching level of teachers,and changing the training methods of colleges and universities,and provides help for the development of education modernization.
