At the school teachers' forum on Ideological and Moral Course,President Xi Jinping pointed out that the course of ideological and political theory is the key course to implement the fundamental task of morality education.Teenage stage is the "jointing-booting stage" of life,which needs the most careful guidance and cultivation.The teacher of Ideological and Moral Course should bury the seeds of truth,goodness and beauty in the students,and guide the students to buckle the first button of life.The Outline of Basic Education Curriculum Reform(Trial Implementation)points out that one of the specific goals of the current basic education curriculum reform is to "change the tendency of curriculum of paying too much attention to knowledge imparting,and emphasize the formation of active learning attitude,so that the process of acquiring basic knowledge and basic skills becomes the process of learning and forming correct values at the same time".In the "Compulsory Education Ideological and Moral Course Standards(2011 edition)",emotions,attitudes and values are regarded as the primary objectives of the three-dimensional goals.At the same time,the integrated textbook "Morality and Rule of Law",which was put into use in the autumn of 2016,highlights the value of the subject and the moral function of the curriculum.This fully demonstrates the importance of implementing emotional,attitudinal and value goals.Part I: Introduction.This paper mainly elaborates the realization of the objectives of affection,attitude and value,the research significance,the research status at home and abroad,the theoretical basis,the research ideas,methods and innovations in the classroom of Morality and Rule of Law course in junior high school.The following part focuses on the summary of emotions,attitudes and values of Morality and Rule of Law course in junior high school.This paper mainly discusses the meaning of teaching objectives and the objectives of emotion,attitude and value,the relationship between emotion,attitude and value objectives and core literacy of the subject,and the specific content and significance of the objectives of emotion,attitude and value in the course of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school.Part ?:The problems and reasons in realizing the objectives of emotion,attitude and value of Morality and Rule of Law course in junior high school.Through teaching practice,classroom observation,questionnaires to students and interviews with front-line teachers,this paper summarizes the problems in realizing the objectives of emotion,attitude and value of Morality and Rule of Law course in junior high school,and analyses the reasons for these problems.Based on this and combined with specific teaching cases,the author puts forward feasible suggestions and strategies to solve the problems existing in the realization of the objectives of emotion,attitudeand value of Morality and Rule of Law course in junior high school: Change the teachers' ideas,and establish the educational concept of moral education first;improve the teachers' teaching quality and ability;make the classroom teaching play a major role in the teaching procedure;create a good teaching environment for the implementation of the objectives of emotions,attitudes and values.Finally,through the demonstration and reflection of teaching examples of the objectives of emotion,attitude and value of in the classroom of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high school.In a word,it needs every Morality and Rule of Law teacher's efforts to implement the objectives of emotion,attitude and value and realize the educational task of cultivating students with good ethics.
