The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China states: "After long-term efforts,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era." The new era is rooted in the social practice of China's historical achievements.In the past few decades,China's economic society has indeed made great progress and changes.Especially with the rapid development of the Internet,the communication between people is more convenient and fast.The network culture profoundly affects everyone,especially the immature middle school students.Therefore,the basic education environment is also changing gradually.With the promulgation of new teaching materials,the introduction of new curriculum standards,the deepening of new curriculum reform,the work of junior high school morality and rule of law teachers is more and more complex:it should not only be closely connected with the family life,school life and social life of junior high school students,but also integrate the learning of knowledge,the improvement of ability,the mastery of thinking mode and the cultivation of emotional attitude and values.All these determine the role of junior high school morality and rule of law teachers have multiple,and put forward a new requirement of many dimensions for junior high school morality rule of law teachers.Because of its own and external factors,in the actual education and teaching work,the realization of the role of morality and rule of law teachers in junior middle schools will inevitably have problems.The morality and rule of law teachers in junior high schools are responsible for the important task of cultivating morality.However,there are few studies on the realization of the role of teachers of morality and rule of law teachers at home and abroad,so they have certain research value.This paper combines constructivist,humanism learning theory,multiple intelligence theory,and expectation theory to study this problem.Based on a large number of literature and combined with questionnaires,this study takes morality and rule of law teachers and students in some junior high schools in a city as a case study.The details are as follows: First,this study compares the new and old curriculum standards,and refines a series of new requirements that the new curriculum standards impose on the role of morality and rule of law teachers in junior high schools.For example,pay attention to the actual life of students,pay attention to the emotional experience of students.Second,through investigation and analysis,it is found that there are many problems in the realization of the role of junior high school morality and rule of law teachers.For example,pay attention to the reality of students' lives,pay attention to students' emotional experience,etc.Secondly,through investigation and analysis,it is found that there are many problems in the role positioning of teachers of morality and rule of law in junior high schools.For example,some teachers have weak Marxist beliefs,some teachers lack professional well-being,and some teachers neglect students' mental health education.Thirdly,through analysis,it is found that there are problems in the realization of teachers' role of junior high school morality and rule of law teachers,which is the result of internal and external factors.On the one hand,the role subject itself has the lack of consciousness and concept,knowledge and ability.On the other hand,there are problems such as insufficient investment in education and insufficient education and training.Fourthly,Try to put forward the way to solve the problem of the path of Role Implementation of morality and rule of law teachers in junior high school,mainly from the internal and external factors.On the one hand,as an internal cause,junior high school morality and rule of law teachers should do:keep ideals and beliefs,strengthen ideological and political qualities,establish a lifelong view of development,update the knowledge structure,change the concept of education,and improve professional ability in practical reflection.On the other hand,the external should provide relevant policies and system guarantees for teachers of the morality and rule of law in junior high school: to improve the treatment and status of the morality and rule of law teachers in junior high school,to enhance the professional well-being of teachers;constantlyinnovating the junior high school morality and rule of law teachers' evaluation mechanism.
