Research On The Construction Of Ideological Discourse Power In Colleges And Universities In The New Era

In the 19 th CPC national congress,Xi Jinping pointed out definitely that:“Firmly master the leadership of the ideology work.The heading direction and the development road depend on the ideology.” This not only points out the direction for socialism with Chinese characteristics,but also proposes the new duty and mission of enhancing ideology work in new era.At this stage with various countries in the world changed the matching point from the traditional economy and politics areas to the ideology idea that regards value as kernel,it has been the most important problem that how to strive for ideology initiative and amplify the ideology influence.So that,ideology speaking rights become increasingly significant.Ideology speaking rights impact state political power and leadership,affect the state development road,impress the prospect and fate of the state.The university is regarded as the battle position to cultivate socialism constructors and successors,and in the same time is the main battle field that various ideologies fight for the speaking rights.In light of above ideas,the university should accommodate the constantly changing in era condition,actively face the complex situation in ideology area domestic and overseas,effectively construct the discourse power of mainstream ideology,maintain the safe of the main ideology,continually consolidate and enhance the construction of ideology speaking rights,tightly master and continually improve socialism ideology that regard Marxism as guidance.This is most significant at this point,and is also a long-term strategy in universities.Through the methods of literature research,theory and practice,and system analysis,the article mainly discusses the new university ideology speaking rights in four main parts(the core concept and the elucidate of the basic theory?the practical significance?the existing problems?the ways of construction).The first part of this article illustrates the core concepts and the basic theoretical questions:(1)inventories three elementary concepts about ideology,the speaking rights,and the construction of university ideology speaking rights;(2)discusses four inherent compositions of the new university ideology speaking rights,establishing theoretical basic for thinking about the ways of construction in the following;(3)inventories the idea of Marx and Engels?Lenin and the Chinese Communists about the thought of the ideology speaking rights,regarding it as the basic gist of the construction of the new university ideology speaking rights.The second part of this article elaborates the significance of the construction of the new university ideology speaking rights in three aspects: to the benefit of enhancing effective lead of the work about the new university ideology;to the benefit of enhancing standing fast of the position of the new university main current ideology speaking rights;to the benefit of enhancing public opinion regulation of the field of the new university ideology speaking rights.The third part of the article roundly and systematically analyzes the existing problems of the universityideology speaking rights now.Then discussing four aspects about the existing difficulties: the dominant power and authority of the discourse subject are weakened,the explanatory power and persuasive power of the discourse content are not strong,the communication power and guiding power of the discourse carrier are insufficient,and the guarantee and feedback power of the discourse effect are insufficient.At the same time,analyzing the specific factors causing the problem in depth from the four aspects.Above the previous three parts,the fourth part proposes the ways to construct the new university ideology speaking rights:(1)constructing the subject of ideological discourse in colleges and universities effectively to hold the dominant power of discourse;(2)the content of ideological discourse in colleges and universities should be reasonably set up to enhance the right of discourse expression;(3)improving and innovating the ideological discourse carriers in universities to enhance the right of discourse communication;(4)comprehensively guaranteeing the effect of ideological discourse in colleges and universities to strengthen the power of discourse control.Through the study of the new era university ideological discourse construction,it can be concluded that constructing the ideological discourse in colleges and universities is an important project,should pay great importance to make the discourse subjects together,the discourse content unceasingly rich,the discourse carrier perfect and innovative,the discourse mechanism effective,in order to further consolidate the mainstream ideology in discourse influence and authority of the colleges and universities.
