The rise of Heilongjiang sports industry urgently needs to strengthen the market development and strategic implementation of sports training industry.L training institution is the leading enterprise of fencing industry in Heilongjiang Province,and its development degree directly affects the development level of fencing industry in this area.However,L training institutions have exposed some problems in the process of pursuing development: unreasonable organizational setting,large mobility of employees,poor enthusiasm for work,lack of enterprise centripetal force,single business structure,outdated venues and facilities,Lack of their own brand effect,etc.Therefore,L training institutions must make the most correct strategic choice to promote the development of enterprises,and do a good job in research and analysis in the early stage to improve talents.Quality,improve the management system,make appropriate strategic decisions.Based on this situation,this paper analyzes the present situation of the development of L training institutions,finds out the problems and causes of the hindrance of the development of L training institutions,and formulates the development strategy suitable for the current market: brand influence strategy,centralized growth strategy.Differentiation focuses on the strategy,and points out the development direction and path of the enterprise.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,it can provide reference and guidance for the development strategic planning of related sports training enterprises.
