To fully implement 19th CPC National Congress about quickening construction of sports power deployment and the series important speech spirit of Xi Jinping,general secretary,on physical education meeting.the full implementation of the state sports general administration and the autonomous region people's government to build strong sports area of Guangxi strategic cooperation framework agreement,strongly promoting the construction of strong sports area,give full play to the sports health,promoting economic transformation and upgrading of Guangxi in construction,strengthen the competitive power of the culture,to better meet people's increasing need good life sports.Vigorously developing the sports industry is an intuitive sign and a strong driving force for the construction of the strong sports areas in Guangxi,which directly affects the effect of the construction of the strong sports areas,the quality of economic development and people's satisfaction with a better life.For the further implementation of the state general administration of sports of the Guangxi zhuang autonomous region people's government to build strong sports area of Guangxi five-year action plan(2019-2023)","about to build strong sports area innovation system and mechanism of several opinions,explore the construction of evaluation index system of brands in the sports industry in Guangxi and application has very important and urgent practical significance.It can not only guide and encourage the regional sports industry to strengthen the quality management of branding and standardization,but also realize the leapfrog development of the sports industry.It can also play an exemplary leading role in promoting the rapid development of high-quality sports industry in Guangxi.This paper mainly takes the construction and application of Guangxi sports industry brand evaluation index system as the research object,and analyzes the development status of Guangxi sports industry through field research,interviews,literature review and data collection and statistics.To clarify the development objectives and promote the rapid development of Guangxi's sports industry with high quality effective measures-to promote the construction by evaluation,through the evaluation of Guangxi's sports industry brand measures,improve the sports industry brand core competitiveness,strengthen the quality management.In this paper,with the sports industry in Guangxi brand evaluation index system construction and application of related issues as the research object,on how to build a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of the operation and application of research ideas,based on the brand and the related theory of economics,sports industry through induction,summarizes the connotation and constituent elements of the sports industry brand,determine the assessment index system of sports industry brand level.According to the characteristics of various sports industry,the secondary index system of different sports industry brands is deduced,and the use of deductive method ensures the scientific rationality of the index system.APH analytic hierarchy process was used to evaluate the weight of indicators.In order to carry out the brand evaluation work of Guangxi sports industry better,on the basis of the completion of the evaluation index system,the management method of guangxi sports industry brand evaluation is formulated.After the expert review,the 37 departments and bureaus of the autonomous region examined and approved,the Guangxi bureau of physical culture and sports discussed and approved.Through the demonstration and analysis of the application of evaluation,this paper discusses the improvement of Guangxi sports industry brand evaluation management method,in order to provide useful reference for promoting the brand upgrading and development of Guangxi sports industry.
