Since the end of 2012,the Shanghai Education Committee began to implement the "high school sports specialization" teaching reform.In recent years,it has gradually promoted the diversification of junior high school sports and the interest of primary school sports.Sports reform has put forward higher and more humanized requirements for sports venues and equipment.In July 2018,Shanghai Municipal Education Commission issued the Guiding Opinions on the Reform of the Course of Interest in Sports in Primary Schools and Diversification of Sports in Junior Middle Schools,which clearly pointed out that the pilot schools should make overall arrangements in the process of promoting the reform.In the second grade of junior middle school,the sexes should be divided into classes,and in the third grade,the optional teaching of physical education should be carried out in order to facilitate the Although boys and girls are taught in different classes,the basketball equipment and venues used by girls in middle schools in China(including Shanghai)are all allocated according to the current adult basketball competition standards.Because the speed,strength and endurance of girls in middle schools are relatively weak compared with boys,these "adult" and "masculine" basketball equipment and venues do not conform to the physiological and psychological development of girls in middle schools.Regularity and characteristics,the uniformity of equipment,venues and adulthood can not effectively attract girls to participate in basketball activities.The unscientific and unreasonable influence of basketball equipment and venues restricts the teaching,training,competition,exercise and even the entrance examination of women's basketball in Shanghai middle schools.Therefore,it is necessary to solve the problem of "adult" and "masculinity" of women's basketball in middle schools for a long time.This paper studies the suitable forms of women's basketball equipment and venues in Shanghai middle schools by means of literature,measurement,experiment,questionnaire,observation,mathematical statistics and other research methods,supported by pedagogy,children's psychology,physiology and other disciplines,and verifies their rationality through experiments.The following conclusions are drawn: 1.The allocation of women's basketball equipment and venues in Shanghai middle schools includes two kinds: suitable basketball equipment for junior high school girls,suitable basketball equipment and venues for senior high school girls.According to the calculation formula of suitable basketball equipment and venues for senior high school girls,it can be obtained that the suitable basketball equipment and venues for senior high school girls are 68-69 cm in circumference,495-535 g in weight,290 cm in height of basketball circles and 24 m in length of basketball venues.Wide 13 m.The suitable basketball equipment and venue standards for junior high school girls are: basketball circumference 66.5-67.5 cm,weight 470-510 g,basketball circle height 280 cm,basketball court length 22 m,width 12 m.2.Through the study of basketball teaching content for 10 weeks,students can basically master the basic skills of dribbling,passing and catching,shooting,breakthrough and other related skills and tactics.However,compared with the "adult" and "male" equipment and venues,the use of appropriate equipment for teaching women's basketball in secondary schools is conducive to Shanghai middle school girls' more standardized grasp of dribbling,passing and catching,shooting,breakthrough and other basic skills.3.Shanghai middle school girls adopt suitable basketball equipment and venues for teaching.Compared with the experimental group of high school girls before and after the experiment and the control group of junior high school girls,the average scores of the two dimensions of active interest in sports learning and participation in sports after the experiment are larger than those before the experiment and the experimental group are larger than those of the control group.It shows that suitable basketball equipment and venues are beneficial to the sports property of middle school girls.Have a higher interest.4.Shanghai middle school girls adopt subscales of tension,anger,fatigue,depression and panic before and after the experiment were lower than those of the control group,while the scores of two subscales of energy and self-related emotions were lower than those of the control group.The average scores of the five subscales of tension,anger,fatigue,depression and panic before and after the experiment were lower than those of the control group.The results show that suitable basketball equipment and venues are conducive to middle school girls to have a better mood for sports.
