The technique of kicking the ball inside the foot is the most used in football technology. It is a technology that professional players must master. It is also the key teaching content of the training course of our national college football and the general public class of sports.Through kinematics analysis and electromyography analysis of the kicking motion inside the football foot,it is of great theoretical significance and application value for us to fully understand the kicking action of the inner side of the foot, improve the quality of football teaching and training, and quantitatively evaluate the action.Research purposes: This paper adopts the three-dimensional motion capture system and the high-speed camera synchronization analysis method to collect the kinematic parameters of the relevant parts of the body inside the kicking motion, and perform kinematic analysis and processing on the collected motion parameters; The biomechanical characteristics of the various parts of the body of the ball movement,in-depth study of the impact of the various aspects of the kicking ball on the inner side of the foot on the final ball effect, and study the muscle force sequence and the main force parts of each link to find the most suitable training method,Design training programs.Subjects: 6 boys(first-class athletes)of Beijing Sports University football team;6 social sports students of Beijing Sport UniversityResearch method: Obtain the three-dimensional data of the main joints of the athletes through the three-dimensional imaging system, obtain the main kinematics of the joint angle when the athlete's foot kicks the positioning ball through the calculation of the three-dimensional data, and test the muscles of the main muscle groups of the athletes through the wireless electromyography test device. The electrical signal is used to study the biomechanical characteristics of the kicking ball technique on the inside of the athlete's foot. The main research conclusions: When kicking the ball, the complete kicking technique of the inner side of the foot can be divided into four stages according to the characteristics of the phase, that is,the start of the movement-the end of the swing leg support, the end of the swing leg support-the support foot heel, the support foot heel Landing-the moment of hitting, the moment of hitting-the end of the four stages of action. When the support foot falls on the side, the ball speed kicked out by the professional team is faster and the quality is higher. When the support foot falls on the side of the side and the side falls, the angle at which the support leg plays a key role is the thigh flexion angle, the hip joint adduction angle and the ankle angle, the inner and outer corners of the thigh; The key role of the joint is the thigh flexion angle.Regardless of whether the supporting leg falls on the side or the side, the lateral femoral muscle of the supporting leg exerts a significant force during the supporting process, which plays a key role;the lateral femoral muscle and the tibialis anterior muscle of the oscillating leg are distinct, and are the main muscle groups..At the same time, there was a significant difference in the amount of anterior muscle discharge between the tibia and the MVC.There was no significant difference in the amount of muscle discharge between the oscillating legs.Compared with the non-professional group, the professional group plays a key role in the kinematics of the thigh flexion and extension angle, the inner and outer rotation angle of the thigh and the abduction angle of the ankle;the angle of the swing leg plays a key role inside and outside the thigh. In the aspect of myoelectricity, the relative displacement of the gluteus maximus of the professional group support leg is significantly larger;the biceps femoris of the swinging leg has a smaller relative discharge,so the gluteus maximus of the supporting leg plays a key role.
