High school biology demonstration experiment is an important part of high school biology teaching,biological demonstration experiment can help students better understand the biology knowledge not only,also can promote the cultivation of the students' ability to explore,this study aims to address the current situation of the demonstration experiment,to provide reference data for education researchers,complete demonstration experiment teaching design and the improved scheme,and demonstrates the experiment can be applied to the classroom,to improve the learning efficiency,promote the formation of students' biology concept and the cultivation of experimental science literacy.Demonstration experiment teaching of current creatures,however,many experimental demonstration are not well in a line of teaching practice,according to the present situation of biological experimental demonstration of the high school biology curriculum standard requirements,research and analysis,a design more suitable for the demonstration experiment,and the study on practice demonstration experiment.This study is divided into five parts,the first part: the introduction of the question and the research background and significance,the research status,objectives,content and the establishment of research methods;The second part: analyze the significance of the important education theory for the demonstration experiment process,and establish the research basis according to the previous theories about the demonstration experiment;The third part through a variety of ways on the current status of the demonstration experiment investigation,understand the current experimental demonstration of the existing problems and causes of the problem,analysis of feasible solution,the fourth part through the analysis of the existing experimental demonstration and textbooks,experimental demonstration of the design and improvement,seeking more suitable to the demonstration experiment,and the implementation of the experiment,design evaluation questionnaire,analysis to improve the implementation of the demonstration experiment.Finally,the paper discusses the deficiency in this paper and the attention of more teachers.Research to the status quo survey in the demonstration experiment on the basis of the analysis of problems in the process of demonstration experiment,design of neuromodulation reflex arc structure,and in a variety of types of experimental demonstration experiment equipment,materials and other improvements,and carry on the improvement of the implementation of design and experiment,using the observation scale,to evaluate the effect of demonstration experiment again,cultivate the students' concept of biological knowledge,exploring ability,the ability of creative thinking.
