2017 promulgated the "ordinary high school biology curriculum standards" for students after completion of biology curriculum should achieve the correct values,character and ability to give a clear key,wherein developing a "scientific thinking and scientific inquiry ability" is to ask the One.The design and operation of biological experiments is an indispensable method and way to cultivate students' scientific thinking and scientific inquiry ability.In teaching practice and investigation and research,it is found that experimental teaching is still the weak link of current high school biology teaching.There is still a long way to go between the current situation of experimental teaching and the requirements of curriculum standards.In addition,from the high-level examination questions in recent years,the examination of experimental and inquiry ability is gradually strengthened,and the examination of relevant knowledge reaches 30 points.And look at the situation is far from ideal from the candidates to answer,the province's average level of no more than 15 points.The students are ambiguous about the experimental principle,and the analysis of the experimental results only stays on the surface,reflecting that the students' scientific inquiry ability is very weak.It can be seen from this that it is necessary to study how to increase the experimental course opening rate and enhance the educational significance through experimental innovation.First of all,based on the requirements of the new curriculum standards and experimental teaching,based on the theories of education,educational psychology and biology teaching theory,this research adopts educational research methods such as investigation research method,action research method and observation research method.It expounds the research background,significance and content,and defines relevant concepts such as scientific inquiry and writing a domestic literature review.Secondly,through questionnaire survey,we can understand the current status of innovative design and teaching research in exploratory experiments.Statistical analysis of the data results revealed that the following problems existed: On the student side,the students' understanding of the purpose of the biological experiment was not clear and the degree of attention was insufficient,the experiment efficiency was low,and the correct and necessary evaluation mechanism was lacking.On the teacher side,the innovative design and teachingimplementation of the high school biology exploratory experiment are not taken into account.The teaching goal focuses on mastering the experimental content and lacks the practice of allowing students to independently carry out experimental innovation.Teachers believe that there are problems in the innovative design and teaching implementation of the exploratory experiment.Thirdly,the innovative design of some exploratory experiments in the high school biology textbooks is carried out,and then the experimental teaching is carried out according to the innovative schemes to test the feasibility of the experimental innovation scheme.Finally,based on the current situation of the innovative design and teaching implementation of the exploratory experiment,and the application effect of the experimental innovation program,several suggestions are proposed from the school level,the teacher level and the student level.Schools to further promote the standardization of school laboratories,scientific and modernization construction,and implement the Biological Experiment scores proportion of college entrance examinations in biological disciplines.Teachers themselves should improve their mastery of experimental skills;they should implement the teaching philosophy of “people-oriented,guided by” in the experimental teaching;change the evaluation method.For students,they must master basic experimental skills and strictly abide by the laboratory code.
