| With the rapid development of the Internet,such as Arduino,3D printing,Scratch and other open source hardware and software platforms,the emergence of emerging technologies,making the Creator Education in primary and secondary schools have been vigorously promoted.Creator project is the basic carrier of the implementation of Creator Education.The initiative consciousness and input state of students participating in the practice of Creator Project are the key factors to determine the effect and quality of Creator Education.ARCS motivation model is a motivation model which is generated in the context of information-based education and has been systematically explored.It not only pays attention to the stimulation of students’ learning motivation,but also pays attention to the maintenance of students’ learning motivation.Therefore,starting with Arduino Creator Education in senior high school,this paper investigates the current situation of learning motivation of senior high school students in Arduino Creator Education Course,puts forward corresponding strategies and suggestions from the perspective of ARCS,and applies ARCS Motivation Model to Arduino Creator Education in order to improve students’ learning motivation and learning achievement by applying ARCS Model to Creator Education.In this paper,the author first combs the commonly used learning motivation models and chooses the ARCS model which is more suitable for the Creator Education,and makes a literature review on the Creator Education and the ARCS motivation model to clarify the current research situation;secondly,according to the existing research,combined with the research content of this paper,the author designs the Learning Motivation of Arduino Creator Education Project in Senior High School.Questionnaire;Choose the object of study again,carry on the questionnaire survey,from four dimensions of attention,relevance,self-confidence and satisfaction,analyze in detail the current high school students’ learning motivation status of Arduino Creator Project;Propose the corresponding improvement strategies based on ARCS perspective,and apply them to the design of high school Arduino Creator Education Project for teaching experiments;Thirdly,use "High School Students A" Rduino Creator Project Learning Motivation Questionnaire and Arduino Creator Project Learning Scale for Senior High School Students were investigated to analyze the differences of learning motivation and achievement between the control group and the experimental group before and after the experiment.Finally,according to the above analysis results,it summarizes.Through the above research.This paper draws the following conclusions:1.Based on ARCS motivation model,the teaching design of Arduino Creator Project in senior high school can optimize the teaching process design of Creator Education in senior high school,and can significantly improve students’ learning motivation at three levels of attention,relevance and satisfaction.2.The improvement of students’ learning motivation in three levels: attention,relevance and satisfaction promotes the remarkable improvement of students’ learning achievement in three levels: effort,thinking habits and reflective understanding. |
