Open online courses have become a common source of learning.At present,the main problem of open online courses is the low degree of learners' participation and completion.In the context of open online courses,learners learn independently.Due to the differences in the autonomous learning ability of network learners,different learning paths have been formed,leading to problems such as low participation in learning activities and low degree of completion.Learning analysis can improve the degree of participation and completion of online learners.Learning path is one of the important indicators of learning behavior.Analyzing the learning path of network learners has great potential to solve the problem of low degree of participation and completion in learning activities.Therefore,how to analyze the learning path of online open courses,how to intervene the learning path,and how to improve learners' academic performance and the degree of completion of learning activities are the problems studied in this paper.Based on the analysis of the research status of online open curriculum learning path,this paper defines the core concepts of online open curriculum,online learners and learning path.Based on the learning analysis and design framework of the Open University of the Netherlands and the learning analysis and design framework of the EssenDuisburg-Essen University,the learning path analysis process of the online open course is designed in combination with the characteristics of the online open course environment.Specifically,there are seven links: clear learning path analysis objectives,course learning activity analysis,determination of learning path analysis indicators,data collection and data cleaning,classification of online learners,visualization of learning path,design of learning path intervention scheme and evaluation of learning path intervention scheme.This paper adopts case study method.By virtue of the two courses "wisdom of analects of Confucius" and "intellectual property wealth school" on the online open course platform of Shanghai Open University.In order to improve the performance of online learners,their participation in learning activities and their degree of completion,clustering analysis was carried out on the learning paths of different online learners.It is found that different online learners have different learning paths.The learning path of learners with excellent performance is more similar to the learning activity pathdesigned by teachers.According to the learning path analysis results of "wisdom of analects of Confucius" and "intellectual property wealth school",a learning path intervention program oriented by the learning group characteristics of excellent students is summarized.Finally,interview survey method is adopted.The learning support managers of the online open course platform of Shanghai Open University,the teachers of the online course of Shanghai Open University,and the learners of the courses of "wisdom of the analects" and "intellectual property wealth" were invited to evaluate the learning path intervention measures.Understand and validate the effectiveness and rationality of the online course learning path interventions.The interview found that,among the proposed intervention measures,the WeChat group had the highest recognition degree for the early warning of middle-risk and high-risk learners...
