With the advent of the aging population,the health of the elderly has been paid more and more attention by the public.Through participating in physical exercise,the elderly can strengthen their physical fitness,prevent and treat diseases,make friends with culture and entertainment,and at the same time cultivate their sentiment and self-cultivation,so as to achieve the purpose of pleasing their body and mind and living a long life.Guiding the elderly to learn the basic knowledge and skills of fitness,improve the fitness literacy of the elderly,is conducive to promoting the scientific fitness of the elderly,improve the quality of life of the elderly,and can better cope with the aging trend of the population in our country.The purpose of the study is to provide reference for the fitness management of the elderly,to serve the national fitness plan,and to provide guidance and suggestions for the scientific fitness of the elderly.In order to further understand the present situation of fitness literacy of the elderly and help the elderly participate in fitness scientifically,the research adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire survey,field investigation,mathematical statistics and so on.Taking the fitness literacy of the urban elderly as the research object,the elderly over 60 years old are selected for empirical research,and the index system of fitness literacy,the present situation of fitness literacy and the influencing factors of fitness literacy are deeply analyzed.And put forward the elderly fitness literacy improvement strategy.The results show that:(1)the understanding of fitness terms among the elderly in Jinan is generally at a low level,and the degree of mastering the basic knowledge of fitness is generally better;(2)by using the analysis of variance,this paper makes a comparative analysis on the fitness literacy of the elderly with different genders and educational levels in Jinan: in terms of gender,the mastery of the basic knowledge of fitness of the male elderly in Jinan is better than that of the female,and the fitness value is higher than that of the female and the elderly,and the difference of fitness skills and fitness consciousness is not obvious in different genders;In terms of educational level,the higher the educational level,the stronger the mastery and awareness of the basic knowledge of fitness,and the fitness skills and fitness skills.The value of fitness is not affected by educational level;(3)in view of the relationship between the fitness literacy of the elderly and the participation of the elderly in fitness practice,the correlationanalysis and regression analysis were used to analyze the results.The results showed that the number of weekly fitness was positively correlated with fitness skills and fitness value,negatively correlated with fitness consciousness,the secondary fitness time was significantly correlated with fitness basic knowledge and fitness value,and the intensity of each participation in fitness was negatively correlated with fitness basic knowledge.(4)the fitness literacy of the elderly in Jinan is mainly affected by five factors,namely:site equipment factor,professional guidance factor,cognitive degree factor,fitness organization factor.Vegetarian and physical fitness factors.The following suggestions are put forward:(1)establishing the social education system of fitness literacy for the elderly: widening the learning path of the basic knowledge of fitness for the elderly;strengthening the guidance of fitness specialty and advocating the diversified development of fitness skills for the elderly;establishing the fitness organization system for the elderly to enhance the fitness consciousness of the elderly;(2)advocating the self-management of the elderly: actively learning the basic knowledge of fitness and consciously participating in fitness practice;Strengthen medical supervision and improve the self-control ability of sports risk of the elderly.
