The development of the country in the future needs to be based on adequate human resources.All this is inseparable from advanced education.High school is a person's "crossroads of life",high school teachers play a leading role in this stage.They shoulder the important task of basic education and lay a good foundation for students to further receive higher education or go directly to society.Therefore,for high school teachers,not only should have solid theoretical knowledge,but also should have a long-term competent heavy teaching task of healthy Constitution.However,in recent years,there have been many reports on the health of high school teachers.Most of the content is that the health status of teachers is worrying.Physical fitness can guarantee health.Based on the investigation of high school teachers 'physical fitness in Haidian District of Beijing,some suggestions are put forward to improve teachers' physical fitness.In this paper,high school teachers in Haidian district of Beijing are investigated and analyzed by means of questionnaire survey,interview method and mathematical statistics.(1)High school teachers in Haidian District of Beijing generally work under great pressure and have long working hours.There is no extra time for physical fitness on weekdays.(2)The level of sports consumption of high school teachers in Haidian District of Beijing is generally low.(3)Most high school teachers in Haidian District of Beijing have rated themselves as sub-healthy.(4)The high school teachers in Haidian District of Beijing did not understand the relevant policies;Generally have higher fitness enthusiasm,insufficient mobility;The lack of a sports population;The fitness time is not scientific,the fitness project is single,and most fitness venues are school activity venues,community spaces,and nearby parks.(5)The factors that affect high school teachers in Haidian District of Beijing are mainly divided into three categories: teachers 'own factors,school factors,and social factors.The suggestions given are:(1)In terms of themselves,it is necessary to improve teachers 'awareness of physical fitness;It is necessary to pay attention to the relevant knowledge of fitness,carry out scientific fitness,communicate with experts,etc.,understand their own health level,and design a reasonable fitness program according to their own constitution;Increase the strength of their own implementation,to ensure a good fitness habits.(2)On the school side,schools need to change their attitudes;Schools need to organize appropriate sports activities for teachers;Using the resources of physical education teachers to guide the teachers and be able to carry out scientific fitness;Schools need to regularly carry out fitness related publicity;The physical fitness of teachers into fitness indicators;According to the health level of teachers,guide reasonable fitness methods.(3)At the social level,the state needs to continue to deepen the development of mass sports;The development of mass sports should be closely integrated with the background of the times;Regional sports governance is also needed.
