Objective: Through the epidemiological study of sports injury of cross-border snowboarders, this paper provides a basis for understanding the basic law of sports injury in snow training and the prevention and rehabilitation of injury. Methods: using the method of dynamic cohort prospective study,192 snowboarders selected from cross-border cross-sport were investigated longitudinally for 36 days. The identification and classification of injuries are carried out according to the corresponding standards of the injury monitoring system of American College Sports Federation. Results: The incidence of TL injury in male athletes was 19.64 / 1000 AE(95%CI,13.19-26.09),and the incidence of TL injury in female athletes was 15.85 / 1000AE(95% CI,12.49-19.21).The injuries of upper limbs / elbows and torso of male athletes were the highest, accounting for 14.67%(95%CI 6.47% to 22.86%),and the knee injuries of female athletes were the highest, accounting for 27.62%(95%CI21.05% to 34.20%).The percentage of contusion of male athletes was the highest, which was 37.33%(95%CI 26.13%-48.54%),and that of female athletes was 41.44%(95%CI 34.19%-48.68%).Among the sports injuries suffered by male athletes, the proportion of injuries caused by contact with field equipment was the highest, accounting for 50.67%(95%CI 39.09% to 62.25%).Among the sports injuries suffered by female athletes,The proportion of injury caused by contact with site equipment was the highest, which was 66.85%(95%CI 59.93%-73.77%).The proportion of muscle injury in male athletes was 36.00%(95%CI 24.88%-47.12%),and the proportion of tendon and ligament injury in female athletes was 38.67%(95%CI 31.51%-45.84%).Conclusions:1.The incidence of sports injury of female athletes ? 15 years old during snow training was significantly higher than that of sports > 15 years old.2.The proportion of knee joint injury in female was higher than that in male athletes, the proportion of upper limb / elbow injury in male was higher than that in female, and the proportion of thigh injury in male was higher than that in female.3.Theproportion of contusion in female athletes was higher than that in male athletes, and the proportion of concussion in male athletes was higher than that in female athletes.4.The proportion of injuries caused by contact between female athletes and field equipment was significantly higher than that caused by male athletes, and the proportion of injuries caused by collision and contact between male athletes and team members was significantly higher than that caused by female athletes.5.The proportion of muscle and tendon injury in male athletes was significantly higher than that in female athletes, the proportion of nerve tissue injury in male athletes was significantly higher than that in female athletes, and the proportion of ligament tissue injury in female athletes was significantly higher than that in male athletes. The proportion of joint injury in female athletes was significantly higher than that in male athletes.
