| Basketball is a sport with a broad mass base,and it is still a favorite sport for high school students.Especially the promotion of NBA in China and the continuous improvement of CBA's competitive ability and level make many high school students like this sport.Basketball is also an important teaching content in high school and high school physical education,the main reason is that the requirements of the sports arena are not very high.Along with the development and progress of education concept,the importance of Basketball Teaching in middle schools in Shijiazhuang City of Hebei Province has been constantly improved.Some teachers also carry out basketball teaching according to the existing teaching conditions in schools,which plays a very important role in improving students'interest in basketball and sports ability,and also plays a good role in helping students form lifelong sports concept.But we should also see that there are still some shortcomings in Basketball Teaching in senior high schools.Some schools still lack enough attention to basketball teaching.The facilities and conditions of basketball teaching do not meet the needs of the development of teaching.All these affect the effectiveness of basketball education in senior high schools,the cultivation and promotion of students' basketball ability,and the formation and development of students' lifelong sports concept.It's very unfavorable.Based on the collected research data,this paper conducts a detailed investigation and Study on the basketball education in Shijiazhuang High School by using the methods of literature,field investigation and questionnaire survey.In the study,the background and significance of the study and the current situation of basketball education in senior high schools at home and abroad are expounded.On this basis,it elaborates on the selection of survey subjects and specific research methods.Through questionnaires and research,we have a detailed understanding of the structure of basketball teaching teachers in Shijiazhuang senior high schools,including the current situation of basketball teachers'professional qualifications and titles,the sex ratio and age structure of basketball teachers,the construction of high school basketball venues and facilities,the understanding and importance of school leaders to basketball lessons.Through the above research,we have studied the eight Basketball Schools in Shijiazhuang.The teaching of basketball course in senior high school has a comprehensive understanding and grasp of the situation.Then in the concrete analysis and discussion,the mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method are used to summarize the viewpoints and arguments through the data.From the results of the survey,the proportion of basketball teachers in the current high school basketball teaching team in Shijiazhuang City is relatively low.Teachers'academic qualifications and professional titles can meet the needs of basketball teaching.However,on the basketball grounds and facilities,some high schools' venues and facilities are relatively old,and there are even some security risks.The school leaders also lac to aorganizational form and teaching mode of the basketball course can not meet the development requirements of basketball,and the effectiveness of the course teaching is relatively low.For the reform and innovation of Basketball Teaching in high schools,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as adjusting and optimizing the structure of basketball teachers,increasing the investment of basketball facilities,strengthening the importance of school leadership in basketball teaching,and constantly innovating the organizational form of physical education teaching.Through the research,I hope to provide some help and inspiration for the reform of Basketball Teaching in Shijiazhuang senior high schools,the improvement and innovation of teaching organization and content,and to provide good reference for basketball teaching in other areas. |
