Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly.In order to meet the needs of China's economic system and social development,China's teacher promotion system has also undergone significant changes.After a long period of development and changes,China's junior high school teacher promotion system has been constantly improved,this is of great significance in promoting the reform of junior high school education and teaching.As junior middle school teachers generally have higher educational background,younger age,inclination to urban employment and other characteristics,this also puts forward higher requirements for the implementation of junior middle school teachers' job promotion system.By using the methods of literature research and interview research,taking L city as an example,this paper elaborates the necessity,main content and effect of the reform of junior middle school teachers' post promotion system,and analyses the current situation of the implementation of the system from four aspects: implementation objectives and implementation strategies,implementation results and implementation results.Combining with the current situation of junior high school teachers' job promotion system,this paper expounds the problems existing in the implementation of L city junior high school teachers' job promotion system from the following aspects: unreasonable proportion of senior positions,lack of objectivity and fairness in school internal evaluation,Limited main role of schools in the implementation of job promotion system,and imperfect evaluation and employment mechanism in the implementation of job promotion system.Finally,by setting a specific work goal to each level of professional responsibility,and with the increase of the level of duty,the difficulty of its assessment indicators,to strengthen the role of job promotion in teacher professional development incentives.By increasing the proportion of teachers' morality and teaching ability in the evaluation criteria of job promotion and improving the diversified evaluation system of job promotion in schools,the evaluation mechanism of junior high school teachers' job promotion can be further improved.We should improve the appointment and management procedures of the teacher promotion system by strengthening the limitation of the school's self-employment rights,perfecting the policy of cross-school competition and optimizing the post-employment management mechanism.Based on the above measures,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the implementation of the post system of junior middle school teachers in Lcity.This paper hopes to explore the implementation of L city junior high school teacher promotion system,to provide guidance for improving the implementation effect of L City teacher promotion system,but also hope to provide reference for the implementation of teacher promotion system in other areas.
